We had a lovely time staying at Club Maspalomas. The resort is exceptionally clean and staff are wonderfully friendly. The included breakfast is delicious as is the bar that runs all day. Our only complaint is that we booked a junior suite, which is advertised as a seperate sitting area and bedroom. Our room was one room and looked like the standard room and when we questioned this the manager told us ‘it’s ok because we have given you a bigger bed’. Just something to be cautious of if you upgrade your room. Other than this, our stay was fantastic and would certainly come here again. Thanks for a lovely trip.

A good reliable stay. Nothing to complain about except be aware there is loud live music most nights until 2200 and a little later Saturdays … also music around breakfast times. Housekeeping can be done very late some days which is a bit annoying but other than that no complaints for an upmarket stay.

Great swimming pool and spa and gym facilities. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. On the entertainment side we would have preferred if it had started later in the evening say 9pm rather than 730pm or 8pm. Also 3 out of 7 nights the entertainment was just a person playing an instrument - we would have preferred more singing performances.

This hotel is a little gem . If we could give 20 out of 10 we would . Fantastic staff, super clean with great food . Lovely little touches with icecream around the pool and water. Excellent hotel
The cleanest hotel I gave ever stayed in. Fantastic gym with good music. Super fruendly staff nothing too much trouble. Liads of spacexsround the pool with no towels fown early etc. Great freexsauna and steam room. Lively breakfast and the evening buffet also excellent. Superb.
