Me cambiaron de habitación 4 veces y en ninguna funcionaba el baño, las habitaciones olían demasiado mal terrible olían a orines. No se por qué este tipo de hoteles están en expedía cuando dan este mal servicio, pienso que expedía debería inspeccionar estos hoteles por qué hasta insalubres parecen, palabras de la recepcionista fueron pues es lo que hay por qué aquí es un hotel de paso. Muy decepcionado del servicio y de la locación, terrible mal. Deberían llamar al servio de salud de San Antonio e inspeccionar este hotel.

Unbelievable. There was a CAT trapped under the BED. I don’t know how long it was there. Thank GOD I was there to lift the box spring and mattress to let the animal out to live. I can’t imagine what people would do this to another living creature. Horrifying

Unfortunately our stay with Super 8 was horrible. Our room was infested with ants and roaches, also one of the beds sheets had bloody stains. Also the sink, toilet and shower were clogged. The only thing positive was the staff. They were nice

Location was convenient. But the rooms are run down one room had lots nats they move us to another room that had roaches no trash can,blood stains sheets,rooms smelled. One of the front desk clerk's was very rude.

When we arrived, the place had bugs - I asked them to clean it when we arrived. We were gone for the day - that did not happen. When we woke up that morning our food was covered with bugs, ants and roaches literally crawling all over our food. And then some of the ants got into my kids clothes. I went to the front again and asked, them to clean it up telling them how the bugs got into our dinner from last night but we have no where to put the trash bc they have no dumpster or trash can outside. The guy at the front stated they would clean everything up and if they were unable to they can switch me rooms. I advised him at the time we were thinking of just leaving - he asked for us to allow them time to clean it up. So I said I would. We came back several hours later, went to the room and there were more bugs on the table, the food was still there. So we just asked to check out. When I asked for a receipt she said she couldn't give me one because I didn't pay them. I could only get a business card with the managers name I wrote on there. And this was after stating I was able to get a receipt showing I checked in, why I can't get one showing I checked out? IDK But I will not stay here again. Even if the bug situation didn't happen the customer service I received was worse, highly disappointed. And I understand you're a motel, however, I have stayed at Motel 6 before and they were definitely a lot cleaner.
