The door lock was not working smoothly on one of my attempts to enter the room. Pretty sure I was not comped for that. The 40.00 incidentals fee has not been refunded yet. One of the room remotes did not work at all on the tv. It was over all good but these minor problems really should not have ever happened

It’s listed as “riverwalk” but not close to the riverwalk. The room was ok but felt dirty. There were 2 used towels hanging over the towel rack when we got there. And the bathroom door is a barn door style with no lock. The breakfast was underwhelming. We only stayed one night and that was plenty. Dissappointed that it was pricey and a Marriott.

The room was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the convenient access to local attractions. The hotel’s location was also perfect for exploring San Antonio River Walk, with many key attractions just a short walk/drive away. The customer service truly stood out during my stay.
