I really enjoyed my short stay here. Only complaint was you could really hear people if they were in the hallway. Although the doors aren’t physically thin, sound travels relatively well through them. Otherwise, it was really good stay for the price point.

Springhill Suites had great staff who were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately coffee in the lobby was only at breakfast. There also seemed to be problem with one of the elevators. Great place overall, only a couple of blocks to the Alamo.

Overall the stay was great, my only concern is the parking, we are already paying enough for the stay, parking should be included and easy. I had to wait 15 mins outside the driveway waiting on someone from valet, I looked inside and the front desk people are just looking at me like I was lost or crazy. finally I got off my vehicle and went inside to ask for valet and when I believe a valet a representative should be asking instead of us having to look for them.
