Welcome to your family-friendly retreat in San Antonio! This sparkling new 4-bedroom home is just minutes from Sea World and Lackland Air Force Base. Six flags and downtown aren't far either! 2022 Built home with nearly every item in the home being purchased December of 2024 for the sole purpose of guest comfort in mind. This house smells, looks, and feels brand new. Six flags and downtown aren't far either!

Perfect for families, located in a new, quiet, and safe community. Safety first, there are external cameras, changing lock codes for front, back, and garage door, locking soap dispensers, an air purifier, and more. This is an exceptional value, making it the ideal, budget friendly, base for your adventure. Relax in comfort and create lasting memories in this lovely retreat!

White hotel grade linens with duvet covers and water/dust/bug proof mattress protectors.
White Towels, and Black Makeup cloths.
Amazon Basics Memory Foam Mattresses
Laundry facility with detergent provided.
Dishwasher with detergent provided.
4 X Roku enabled TV's in Guest mode that automatically signs you out!
All primary cooking utensils, pots, pans, cookie sheets.
Brita Water Filter in fridge
Both bathrooms have wall mounted dispenser with Body Soap, Shampoo, and Conditioner.
Coffee Station with both Keurig and Drop Coffee Maker, with K-Cups provided.
Toaster, Air Fryer, Microwave, Blender, cutting boards, knife set, plastic and glass dishes.

Also, we make it easy! There are very few guest instructions unlike some other listings. There is no requirement to wash dishes or do laundry! Our professional cleaning service will handle that.
