Very private. Fenced and gated. Incredible Hill Country views and wildlife. Patios & pool face West and sunsets are spectacular. All Bedrooms and offices have Smart TVs. Master and Living Room have 77” OLED Samsung TVs with a Sonos sound system. TV, fridge, blender, grill at the lower bar. All new kitchen appliances. The largest residential Generac generator in case of power outage. Workout area. Lawn below the pool is set up for Cornhole, Horseshoes and Tomahawk/knife target. Fire pit near the bar area. Plenty of seating areas on patio, around pool and around the bar. 9 acres of woods for hiking. A Cordillera hiking/biking trail runs along Ranch between property and main road.
