Stayed here for a concert at Frost Bank Center and the location was perfect, only about 10 minutes. The bathroom was beautiful and the host provides pretty much everything a hotel has plus more. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to San Antonio!

Owners were extremely responsive and easy to work with! The home is historic and remodeled beautifully. It was convenient to downtown. We enjoyed our 3 night stay immensely.

Was a perfect location, quiet neighborhood, wonderful accommodations, my favorite was the tub which we used to relax after a long day, perfect ending to our nights! I would highly recommend this place, we will be back! Thank you again!🙏🏾

The house/room is super cute and cozy. Location is great! Close to everything downtown and Riverwalk. We chose to Uber cause I don't like to sweat, but it's about a 10 min walk to the Riverwalk shops. Only flaw would be the neighbors pupper had us up at 6am every morning. (Earplugs were provided) Overall a great stay and would recommend!

We loved the house and our room. The large bathroom was great! We walked To the building of Americas for a great Happy Hour and view. We walked to the River Walk several times and felt safe even at night. The Cherrity Bar less than 2 blocks away was so delicious and fun! The neighborhood is in the process of being fixed up including an old church next door.

I would rate property 0 due to Owner's hostile attitude, no hot water, gaps around AC unit where insects can get onto the room. Properly is a money grab rental BEWARE. Doors to hallway are flimsy with gaps at the bottom and room has poor amenities including a hot plate, crooked wooden counter, and aged refrig. We didn't stay at all and Owner would not refund or send Maintenance to the room. Vrbo should investigate retouched images on their website.

Overall not a bad place to stay just a few issues. The walls are very thin so everything others and you do can be heard. The front door lock seems complicated because I could hear people struggling with it all day and night. The AC seems to have a mind of its own and didnt always want to come on. The floor is hard wood and seem to be swept but lacked any kind of cleaning. If you wear white socks they wouldn't be after a visit. The TV non stop poped up a message saying it needed more space and would interrupt anything you watch.
Now for the good things. The place is located close to a lot of things to do and places to eat. The bed was comfy and it did have covered parking. Although the drive way is really hard to deal with a low car. The price was pretty good compared to other places.

Almost everything was ideal, the location I thought was great. As long as you are fond of aging and old buildings, it's in a beautiful historic neighborhood. I think the only con I had was that there were people coming into or walking around the suite at odd hours of the night (e.g. 3:00am), and give the style of the house and thin walls, sometimes it sounds like they're standing right next outside your door, which as a single traveler was quite creepy.

The room and property is very nice and quiet. The neighborhood is a little rough but I never had any issues with my car, which was parked on the street for days. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, particularly around the tub, and I had some issues with Alexa connectivity and the shower, but overall it was a very nice and relaxing experience. The owners were very helpful and responsive when I reached out to them and I would definitely stay here again in the future. The area was very walkable to the conference center where our education sessions were. About a 15-20 minute walk. Overall, I would definitely recommend it his place to friends and family. Thanks!

the building and the room has been updated very nicely, we were a bit surprised by the neighborhood it is a bit underwhelming but we felt safe. It is obvious that they are renovating the area. It would be nice to come back in a year or two when most of the area has been renovated!

Accommodations were nice. I would suggest a curtain over windows at the top of the door. The light from upstairs kept us awake and maybe put a closer on the screen door so it doesn’t slam when people enter. We might’ve missed it but kitchen towels or paper towels might be a good addition. The neighborhood upon first glance looks a little rough but as we looked around we could see development in progress. We loved the Dakota down the street.

This property was very nice with a gorgeous bathroom. It is a great place to stay if you are wanting to be near downtown and the pearl area. The neighborhood is up and coming and also offers some new restaurants and bars very close by.
