The property is acceptable, but there is an issue with slow drainage in the showers and bathtub. No trashcans in restrooms.

Good but needs improvement
House is good and is near to sea world but needs improvement in some factors. Carpet area needs more cleaning as there was lot of small cactus. There was only 1 trash can for the entire house. Most of the groceries in the kitchen was with expired dates. Soaps and shampoo was not changed after the previous checkout.

Location
Overall it was good stay. House is very spacious. The only issue was that air conditioner was broke. The property manager responded fast and send repair team, but since it was weekend - nothing could be done. She offer full refund if we move out ( not an option since it was Friday night) . We settle on discount and portable fans. Still waiting on discount but hopping that she will keep her word.

Plenty of Space
The house was perfect for two families. There was plenty of space. There was not a toaster or ziploc bags or aluminum foil. Just so you know. We toasted bread on a skillet on the stove. Since we had full days planned at SeaWorld and Aquatica, we didn’t have much time to be at the house. Unfortunately the day we arrived the AC was not working. They placed 4 portable AC units in the house. The upstairs bunk bedroom and the master bedroom were comfortable but the other two bedrooms only had fans and it was HOT! Thankfully my husband has an AC business and knew how to move the portable ac units to the bedrooms, from the kitchen and dining rooms, and we slept well. Communication with the owner was very responsive. Someone was at the house the next morning to fix the AC. I’ll be honest, the floors needed to be deep cleaned. The bathrooms didn’t have trash cans in them. They did have toiletries available in the bathrooms. Overall, it was a nice stay. The queen mattress my husband and I slept on was very soft which was fine for us, but not for someone who prefers a more firm mattress. We did enjoy the quiet neighborhood.

They made it right!
This property is very nice and located well for our stay. The air conditioning was not functional when we arrived, the property management attempted repairs but were unable to repair the air-conditioning. They provided portable air conditioners that kept the property tolerable for our stay and were kind enough to offer us another stay at a later date for free. I feel they did their best to help and accommodate us. Sometimes things happen that are out of the control of the property management. There were some cleanliness issues which were apologized for but overall due to their diligence I would rate the property great overall!

Great stay!
This house was great and the owner was incredibly responsive. The only downside was that the amount of towels and pillows and blankets was not enough for the amount of beds/people that were stated on the listing to sleep. BUT the owner quickly dropped off brand new pillows blankets and towels when we alerted them that none were on site. Great overall experience and weekend!
