Shocked! I dont know where to start........
Nice place and perfect for a small family reunion. BUT the broken toilet seats in all three bathrooms that when you sit they move back and forth, so when you sit you feel like your going to fall off. Not good for a 91 and 93 year olds. My parent bathroom was filthy (they own a beach rental for 32 years that I have helped with throught the years, we were shocked this place was even rented out in its condition) Vents were covered in dust, mold in the fridge and hair in the bathtub beer bottle caps on the patio.. I emailed th owner and she offered to come over and clean, even tho they cleaned all day from a bachelor party before us who destroyed the place, sorry but they might have cleaned up SOME of the mess from them but not do the normal cleaning. It didnt even smell like Mr. clean was there. Also the bathroom window was open (no screen) and the kithcen window open (no screen) I told her and she said they left them open to clean...AND? strange...the windows are dirty too. There was no cleaning supplies left under the sinks for up keep throughout your stay or vacuum to use wich also wasnt used before our stay. All the rugs throughout the house have corner sticking up (tripping hazard, (CARPET TAPE EASY FIX, (hint) I can go on but i had to delete, before this cuts me off. I found more things through out the stay, broken chairs missing light bulbs broken lamps no fan controller (missing) broken closet doors.i want my cleaning fee bck she ignored me on that email...no response,
