Five Star New Property North of San Antonio

Five star 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath luxurious new home in the Northside of San Antonio. Includes master bedroom large open kitchen, living room area , dining area, theater room and lounge . Three guest rooms located on second story along with full bath. Washer and dryer accessible. A paradise backyard includes pool, spa , lounging bar with tv, relaxing cabana and a grill for cooking. . Four car parking lot driveway.


--Rules

This is not a all night party facility! Nothing over 12 guests at property.
Only 4 to 5 cars at the property.
No loud music or noise outside after 1030 pm or blasting music inside. If so you will be removed from the property. Respecting our neighbors is very important. They work every morning.
Clean up after yourself
Turn off all pool and spa equipment when not in use. Pool closes at 1030 pm. Due to complaints by neighbors on a number of guest, all jets, lights, and water fall will be turned off at 1030 pm. No exceptions. Authorities will be handing out citations next if any more complaints.
Keep hands and feet off walls.
No glass on pool patio
AC not to go lower than 68 degrees.
Children under the age of 18 accompanied by an adult around pool area.
Absolutely no smoking indoors. Security deposit will be enforced if so.
Follow rules or you will be removed from property with no refund . Thank you.

Perfect getaway
We had a great experience! The house was very clean and was a great space for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub were a hit! Location and neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Our property manager was very responsive to our needs. We have no complaints.

Beautiful clean home
My family had a great time and a very positive experience staying at this property. To say that the owner is responsive is an understatement. The backyard is definitely a highlight, but inside the home is spacious and most importantly very clean. We enjoyed all the amenities provided by the home both inside and out and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The location of the home is super convenient - quiet, yet very close to the highway, grocery store, and many restaurants. Overall, very impressed with both the home and the owner and would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Amazing Stay
Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Our kids did not want to leave! The owner is quick to respond to any concerns. Plenty of space to spread out. If we visit San Antonio again we def hope to stay here again. :)

Great location and home.
We really enjoyed this property. I’d give it a 9.5 out of 10. The only down side was having to message the host to turn the spa on every 2 hours. I would think a timer switch could solve that. That being said he was very prompt at turning it on when asked.

Very nice house centrally located
The house was just as it was on VRBO. It is in a great location in San Antonio. We spent time downtown. Sea World and Schlitterbahn. Very clean, pool was great. It was fully furnished even though some pots and pans could use some updating. The best part was the host Victor is super responsive

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this property. The home was beautiful and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was amazing! House had plenty of room for kids to be comfortable. I don’t have a single complaint about this house! Will definitely be staying here again for years to come!

Beautiful home near San Antonio
This home is beautiful! The moment you walk in the front door with super easy entry access you feel welcomed. High ceilings, huge nicely stocked kitchen, great dining table that seats 6 comfortably. Awesome master suite with large bathroom. One bathroom upstairs for 3 bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor area was wonderful to come home to after a full day of playing. Communication with homeowner was very easy and quick responses. Great stay with a great group of ladies!

Great location and outdoor space
We celebrated the 4th of July at the property and could see fireworks from the pool. Victor was quick to respond to all our questions and the property was perfect for our family vacation. It was about 15 minutes away from major attractions like the San Antonio Aquarium and the River Walk. The neighborhood was quiet and we even saw deer wandering around. Major shops like HEB and Walmart were about 5 minutes away. The rooms were spacious and the kids loved the game room and media room!

Sea World Vacation!!
Trip was exactly as advertised. The house was beautiful and we had gamers so there was even tv’s in every room and not to mention the ultimate gameroom for our gaming pleasure! We had a fantastic trip and Walmart was less than a mile away to do our grocery shopping and stock the house with food. We were set for all our vacation needs! This was a wonderful trip! Did I say how beautiful the house was! Literally our only complaint was we would have liked to adjust the AC a little cooler.. 70 degrees didn’t feel like 70 at all and it did get stuffy at night, so next time we will bring extra fans, but other than that, it was very enjoyable!

Home away from Home
The property looked just like the pics that were posted. The check in process was easy. The property manager responded in a timely manner with all the questions I had. We enjoyed the space, the pool and hot tub was a huge hit with the children. The hot tub was heated when he asked each time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only complaint there was dust around in different spots. The theater was nice. Definitely would rebook.

It was great stay but…
The house was amazing. Very clean and well stocked. The owner was very very responsive. The backyard is gorgeous and we enjoyed the pool very much. The hottub gets colder as everyone plays and that’s because the water from the pool goes into the hottub, when no one is in the pool, the hottub water flows into the pool which is nice. Hottub just gets a little cooler as time goes on. Not that big of a deal though. My biggest complaint about the pool is the rock edging. It has a rough edging and all the kids were getting scratched up. My youngest has cuts all over her hands from holding the edge of the pool. I loved the stay but honestly won’t be going back because of that. Every single kid required bandaids on toes, legs, or hands.

Beautiful home described it perfectly
We enjoyed our stay the kids loved the movie room. We did have some time trouble navigating the TVs. Any questions regarding the home the owner responded quickly. I do feel that when you rent a home you should leave it clean once you leave. I do think that his to do list upon check out is a little extensive I do not mind washing the dishes taking out the trash making sure the floor does not have crumbs but stripping all the beds and having all the linens in the washroom ready for housekeeping was a little overboard for me personally. But over all we enjoyed our stay to the fullest
