We enjoyed the privacy of this tiny home. Our hosts communication with us was exceptional. It was very comfortable for us and we were very happy to have our little crate-trained dog with us on this trip. It was very close to Riverwalk and downtown but every other place we wanted to go was North of downtown and at least a 20 minute drive. We loved RiverWalk at Christmas time!

Fiesta Weekend
This tiny house was perfect for our yearly getaway. We had the perfect location for all the downtown festivities. Everything we needed was only 5 to 7mins away. Hosts were great. We will be staying again.

Good Stay
This tiny home was a good place to stay for our little trip. It was very convenient as everything around was close by and I felt very comfortable as the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The host was very kind the only downside was we were left without toilet paper but that’s no big deal the stay was regardless overall successful as the home was very organized.

I loved the enclave of tiny homes. Each home was fully self-contained with its own parking. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the house is fully updated, and we had everything we needed. We will be staying there again!

Great for short trips
It’s an amazing little house great for 2-3 people. Kitchen has utensils needed for prepping meals. Everything works. Just a great little quiet home perfect for your stay in San Antonio, I will definitely stay here again when I’m around the area.

Everything was perfect. The only problem I had was that I communicated that i wanted to extend my stay but didn't know how long and someone else booked and i had to move to somewhere else for the remainder of my visit.

Perfect cozy home for two
Perfect for two people. Super clean, full kitchen, comfortable queen bed in a bedroom with a locking door, small but nice bathroom with full sized bathtub. Host was great. Plumbing problem was addressed within a few hours. My improvement suggestions were pleasantly acknowledged. Very conveniently located close to downtown. Neighborhood seems a little sketchy but we had no problems. We would definitely come back again.

Pleasantly Surprised
First experience with a “Little House” rental and I loved it ! Spotless, well stocked with everything I needed and tastefully decorated. Claudia the host even went above and beyond by assisting me with a minor travel issue I had before I even arrived at the property. Highly recommended and I will return if I’m in the San Antonio area !

Nice tiny house, but...
I loved this tiny house. It was clean and cozy. (Just needs ceiling fans cleaned). The only problem is the neighborhood, it looks like a scene of the walking dead. Surprisingly it's a quiet neighborhood. Might stay here again. Claudia was fast in responding messages.

Great little place for a getaway
The property itself was very cozy but beautiful. However, it's located in a very sketchy area, where I didn't feel safe walking around on my own. If you are booking in order to do the river walk, that's about 15 minutes away by vehicle, but parking was pricey. With that said, if you want a quick getaway to San Antonio and don't want to pay a fortune for somewhere to stay, this is a great little getaway. One thing I didn't notice in the description, but there is no blow dryer provided. I found out the hard way that I should have packed my own. :)

Bad neighborhood
The house was nice but the neighborhood was horrible. Right in the hood , crackheads, terrible looking surroundings and crack heads on each corner . The home smelled like smoke and drugs . When I checked out the owner was trying to charge me a smoking fee. I DONT EVEN SMOKE! beware if u rent this place it is not safe at all!!!

I questioned my choice the closer I got to the address. Once inside the gate, I thought about the need for security. After entering, I found the space comfortable but glad no one had to sleep on the couch. I wished it was closer. I had all I needed for my stay.

I’ve never stayed in a tiny house before and all I can say was that I loved it!..was just the right size! Also couldn’t ask for a better host very helpful and very quick with responses and solutions when needed the house was very clean and cozy would definitely recommend 10/10!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. It was just enough space for us and the house was very close to riverwalk only about a 6 to 7 minute drive. The host was very accommodating and kind. The kitchen was stocked and the bed was comfy. We will stay again.
