Come stay at our comfy apartment so close to downtown San Antonio, across from the The Pearl: walking distance to the Pearl (0.8mi), Botanical Gardens (2.0mi), Brackenridge Park (2.1mi), and the Witte Museum (1.7mi). Perfect for those attending a conference at the Convention Center (3.6mi) or a graduation at Fort Sam Houston (2.6mi), UIW (2.9mi), or Trinity University (2.0mi).

Our lovely apartment has 1 King bedroom, a living room, full kitchen, and well equipped bathroom. The bedroom comes with a walk-in closet, night stands and lamps. The living room has a sofa, 1 comfy chair, and a 55 inch 4K Roku TV also with Disney+, Netflix and Hulu signed in. There is also a Googl Home Mini in the living room so feel free to listen to your favorite music, the news, get the weather, get directions, a recipe, set a timer, and you can even make a phone call (just remember when you are done with your phone call, say 'OK Googl, end call'.
PLEASE NOTE: You will always say 'OK Googl,...' as a preface to any request you have for the Googl Home Mini. For example, for the weather, you would say 'OK Googl, what is the temperature?'. To play a song or type of music, you would say 'OK Googl, play 80's music' or 'OK Googl, play a song by Gloria Estefan' or 'OK Googl, play Listen to the Music by the Doobie Brothers.'
To end anything, say 'OK Googl, Stop'. For volume control, say 'OK Googl, higher (or lower)' or tap the left or right sides of the device (Left for lower, Right for higher volume).
The kitchen comes stocked with all of the cooking essentials, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and stove/oven. The full bathroom comes with fresh towels, soap/shampoo, and all other essentials for a relaxed stay. Parking is along back of the apartment; one per guest, no more than two parking spaces.
Please park along front of the building and walk to your apartment.
We will send you the apartment number and the keyless entry information.
Feel free to move your vehicle to the backside of the apartments if there is a spot available.

When you arrive, we first ask that you park along the front of the apartment building & walk to your apartment.
Depending on availability, you may park in the lot around back.
There is a coined laundry room located on property (upstairs, from the courtyard area) with a code to get in. Let me know if you need this code and I will gladly give it to you! :)
PLEASE NOTE: This is a very quiet, well established neighborhood so we appreciate your compliance with keeping the noise level down. Quiet hours are after 11 PM on Friday and Saturday and after 9PM on other days. This is not permission to be excessively loud during regular hours and you are still expected to maintain a measure of control at all hours.
We ask that you remove your shoes once entering the apartment. This helps us keep the place clean for all guests to enjoy the space. Thank you!
EATING & DRINKING ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS: We also ask that ANY EATING AND DRINKING BE DONE ONLY IN THE DESIGNATED AREAS WHICH ARE THE KITCHEN AND DINING AREA WHERE DINING TABLE AND CHAIRS ARE. This is to not only keep the place clean but to also prevent potentially staining any furniture, carpet, etc. A $100 fee will be added to the reservation if this is violated.
We ask that you please notify us of your arrival time immediately after booking so that we can accommodate your 4PM-10PM arrival.
Locals must contact the host prior to booking. This is to prevent parties at our building. The complex has a strict occupancy and noise limit. Any group attempting to violate the community policy on occupancy limit or quiet hours will be removed immediately without refund.
Checkout is at 11AM. Unauthorized late checkout is a $50 fee. Not vacating on time leads to other losses of which you will be billed additionally for. This includes guest refunds.
Those checking in past 10PM must let us know prior to booking. A $50 fee will be added to the reservation for those checking in late without notice.
All guests must be listed at the time of booking. Our reservation may accommodate 2 guests, but is set up for each reservation according to the guest number listed. Because of this we will charge an extra $35 per person, per night, that is not listed on the reservation at the time of booking.
Any type of smoking is prohibited within the unit. This violation will incur a $150 per day fee.
Any lost keys will be $75 per lost item to replace.
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest. If the apartment is trashed, you will be billed an additional $95 fee to cover additional cleaning.
This space is NOT pet friendly and any guests found violating that policy will incur an additional pet cleaning fee of $200.
We reserve the right to remove any guest from our property at any time for violation of these house rules or the community guidelines at the property. It is your responsibility to understand you are going to be staying at a community and as a guest of that community, you must behave according to the community rules.
You accept any responsibility for any damages beyond regular wear at this property. You will not stain towels or sheets from careless use or you will pay to replace them. You will not damage or scuff the walls from careless baggage handling or rough play. If you do, you will pay to repair or repaint. You will not misuse kitchenware while cooking. Burning cookware beyond repair will result in your replacing of the kitchenware. Any broken glassware or disposed silverware will be billed to your stay.
You are responsible for the behavior of your guests. If they violate any rules of ours or the community guidelines, or if they cause damages, you will be held responsible for losses incurred on their behalf. You may also be reviewed based on the behavior of your guests. Please choose your guests wisely.
There will be no drug use on the property. Regardless of what the substance is, if it is illegal, it cannot be in our home.
If you and your guests violate the lease in anyway causing eviction from the property, you will receive a $500 penalty.
We do NOT accept any 3rd party bookings which is against Airbnb guidelines. A 3rd party booking is when someone books a property for other people and is not part of the group who will be staying at the property. Any person or company who does this will be subject to a $350 fee for time and resources spent to rectify the situation.
