The location was good, but the unit needs improvements. 1 small closet for clothes, no dresser, no hangers & cleaning supplies were in the small closet including a dirty mop and broom. No reliable garbage service. No hooks or shelves in the bathroom for towels & toiletries. Unreliable internet in order to use the TV including local channels. We will not rent again.

There are lots of things to be thankful for and a few things to laugh about... Like the missing drawers at the kitchen sink and the sheet pan hiding in the oven or the heat dryer stuffed way back in the cabinet so you don't find them until you've bought a pan at the goodwill and asked the pm to bring a dryer. 😂 But the real issue was the one inch gap under the back door that let all the flies and mosquitos in. The second bedroom does not have two queens. It is a queen and a twin so that's not accurate in the listing, but for the price it is somewhere that I would rebook. It's not the cleanest like I found a pot of coffee left from the previous renter and there was a lot of dust. The hardest thing about the check in progress is to know that Google maps takes you to the front of the house but you must enter from the rear of the home. There is a street that runs along the back of the house and that's where you park and walk through the gate to get to the back door. Thankfully the pm was close and drove me to the back of the house. Otherwise it would have been a long walk around five houses. All in all the house met our needs. It was cheap and centralized to all that we did - the Alamo, Riverwalk, church, dancing, and karaoke.

Seaworld time
Was very close to seaworld and only 13ish miles to downtown S.A. Very clean quick response from agent. Would be great with tvs in all rooms but overall satisfied with stay. Would visit again thanks

There were several issues. We weren't able to check-in on time, and had to wait an extra hour to finally get into the house. The house is in a great location for SeaWorld and shopping. The neighborhood was nice. The house is a little rough. Our granddaughter got locked in the master bath as the door handle was messed up. We blocked it so we could have privacy in the bathroom. Tubs are rough, and you really have to yank to get the water on in the master. The second bath the family had struggles getting the water temperature right. One of the queen beds had to be fixed each night. Parking is in the back. It fits two vehicles, but if one is a full size pickup, it'll be a struggle. Found out someone lives in the garage, which was a little weird. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and it was the lowest priced VRBO in the area for a group our size.

If you are attending Lackland A/F graduation ceremonies, this is an excellent property to stay in with a large family. 10 minutes from the base. The living room could use another chair or two to relax in at night if you have a large group. Lighting in back yard was poor, so be careful when coming and going in the dark.

La casa está bien hubicada cerca de seaworld pero está a 18 minutos al centro de San Antonio
El precio está dentro de lo razonable solo falta que el dueño haga mejoras sobre la limpieza los pisos estaban sucios mal trajeados los lavabos sucios y principalmente no hay licuadora ni sartenes suficientes para cocinar nesecita arreglar eso no hay sillas para poder disfrutar una tarde en el porche el asador está sucio hay excremento de perro en el patio no estuve satisfecha con eso espero que lo cambie
