Great getaway cottage
We spent 9 days here conducting business and visiting family and friends. The VRBO cottage was a wonderful place to retreat to at the end of the day to relax in the Hill Country. Our hosts were helpful when needed but respectful of our privacy. Very convenient to Boerne and San Antonio.

Great country setting within 40 miles of San Antonio and just outside of Boerne.
I loved the decor and the country setting of this property. The check in and out were super easy. This house was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The only thing I wish it had was a dresser so I could unpack my suitcase. There are a few end tables, baskets and shelves available for use but I missed having a dresser. This property does not have a hot tub as advertised, but that was not an issue for me. The outside deck could use some updating. The location is just outside of Boerne, which is a quaint town with alot of shopping and restaurants. It is also within driving distance of other communities and San Antonio is only 40 minutes away. I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

My fiancé and I spent a weekend in the cute cabin , it had everything we needed and was very nice - the property is so peaceful ! Melissa recommended a great spot for music and we had a great weekend overall

Quiet Country Cottage
The guest house was really a hidden gem! Tucked out of the way for privacy it really gave a taste of the Texas Hill Country vibe. Even tho it is down a country road we were just a short drive away from all that Boerne has to offer. Kitchen is great and bathroom & bedroom have all you need. Can definitely recommend this place.

Hill Country Getaway
My husband and I wanted to stay in the Hill Country but decided to look at places besides Fredericksburg, since we have stayed there several times. We chose this location because it was more isolated but still close to a town. It was perfect for us. It was cozy and had everything that we needed for a relaxing stay.

We came into town to visit my husband's family for his parent's 50th anniversary, and as the rental was near my inlaws house, it made for great overflow space for my husband, myself and our 2 kids (5&7) to stay. I had to work during the time we were there so I needed quiet space. The setup was great for a quiet, peaceful break from everyone. Note that if you're wanting to work, the WiFi is not incredibly strong, so I was able to use my hotspot. The home was comfortable, well appointed, and well located to be close to Boerne. Melissa was kind and communicative. I would gladly stay there again.

Hill Country Retreat
We so enjoyed our stay as we attended several family functions for my nieces wedding. It was convenient to our venue and extremely peaceful. The huge herd of Axis Deer in the driveway on the last night of our stay was the icing on the cake!

Nice and Quiet
Enjoyed our stay at the property. Very quiet country setting and easy access. Also nice to be away from the hustle of town. The towels provided were very soft. Bed was super soft, in fact most comfortable bed we have slept on in a VRBO. Ceiling fans could be changed out to provide more/better air circulation for summertime, and a/c could use an upgrade as it is a little loud and took a while to cool the house properly. Overall no major complaints, owner was very good at communication concerning ongoing projects on the property and would definitely recommend the cottage to stay in for a couple and will keep in mind for future stays in the area!
