"We had a lovely family stay over Easter, the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the staff were really friendly. We stayed in d'en Bossa as a base and travelled around the island. It was difficult to park for free in the area (but luckily we always managed to). There is also a big car park just across the road though. We travelled out of season so the clubs weren't yet open and I imagine it was quieter for this reason. You could still hear music, and of course, the planes flying over in the evenings, but it wasn't too loud. If you're looking for complete quiet though, this place isn't for you! The sunsets in the morning are beautiful and highly recommend paying extra for the sea view. The food in the restaurant was delicious and not too expensive compared to other restatuants in the area."

"My wife and I had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even the basic room we booked exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, had a balcony with a great view, and felt comfortable. The hotel offers excellent facilities including a pool and direct access to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and quality options to start the day right. What impressed us the most was how all these premium features and services came at such a reasonable and fair price for a 5-star property. "Excellent location, first class facilities, friendly staff. Lovely spacious apartment. Comfortable beds softest pillows and towels. Beautiful beachside lounge area and bar. Spa was lovely and would highly recommend facial and full body massage by Juan. Everyone should experience this most sensual massage at least once in their lifetime. Loved our stay didn’t want to leave."

"We were a bit sceptical about the hotel after reading reviews about the food and rooms. We stayed six nights and upgraded to all inclusive. It was myself, my 14 year old and my 11 year old. The hotel is located in a small quiet bay where you can walk to restaurants and shops where you can potter about. The all inclusive food had a great selection with plenty of fresh meats, fruits and salads. The snack bar served fresh food throughout the afternoon. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, the hairdryer in the room was faulty when we got there and was quickly replaced. We throughly enjoyed our break. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we can not fault any of them. I would definitely come back."
