Sunflower House - Large Covered Patio & Great Family Spaces - Centrally Located

The Sunflower House is a fantastic home with its signature "Sunflower" themed exterior and interior. The home is located in a quiet, centrally located, easily accessible and safe neighborhood with quick access to all areas of the city. Our guests have the entire house and large fenced backyard all to themselves.

The modern kitchen is well stocked and provides everything you might need to cook delicious meals. There is full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a bottled water dispenser.

The fenced backyard has a large covered patio with a full-size, six seat, patio table for outside dining if desired.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house but smoking on the rear patio is allowed. A gas BBQ grill is provided on the rear patio but guests must clean it if they choose to use it.

Our house is your house. Please make yourself at home.

We loved the sunflower house ! It fit our family Perfectly. The house has everything you need plenty of space and well stocked. We definitely will be staying here every-time we come to San Angelo .

Great house with a great location
Visited San Angelo for the weekend to visit family. Could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay! Convient, clean, everything we needed was available nice yard and private patio. Would definitely stay there again!

San Angelo family visit
This home in a quiet neighborhood was perfectly located for our family visit. Large eat in kitchen, covered patio, and HEB Grocery is right around the corner. Will definitely stay here again when we visit family.

Cute home away from home
We enjoyed staying in this cute home while visiting the university. The home is in a very convenient location to nearby grocery stores and the university. The yard was perfect for our dog to run and play. We will definitely be back!

A welcoming place to stay!
Your home was most welcoming and comfortable for our recent stay in San Angelo. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and coffee supplies, plenty of clean towels in the bathrooms and the beds were cozy for us at night. We were in two separate cars so it was nice to have extra parking space available. If families are needing a place to stay while visiting the area I highly recommend this home.

Overall, this property is located centrally to a lot of things. It has a nice amount of space for a group of people. While the owner was very responsive to cleanliness issues of the grill,, there were several other areas that needed attention. We only used the master bedroom bed, and it was very comfortable.

This was a fantastic property and will rent it again in the future. The twin beds don’t have headboards as pictured, but not a big deal to us. We did have a little bit of a hard time watching TV, but again that wasn’t a big deal for us. We do think we left a hat and are trying to reach owner to find out. All in all, it was a great time and so nice to have such a comfortable place to come back to at night.

The property is nice and love the remodeled kitchen as well as the extra living room space. The only cons we had was the floor was dirty when we got there and there is a cabinet with cleaners in the kitchen that doesn't have a latch on it and my almost 2 year old was fascinated with it the entire stay! Which got tiring trying to keep him out of it. I would suggest a latch on it to make it a more secure kid friendly property. Otherwise the property is very cute !

Perfect Home
We enjoyed our stay at the Sunflower House - it served what we needed well. Nice back yard and lots of perks like patio trash and wooden cooler. Great to have laundry access and a working dishwasher! I give this property a 4 out of 5 stars only because the kitchen needs a full inventory overhaul from rusted can opener, no sharp cutting knife, no potato masher, more than 4 pots and pans (1 with no handles - broken), etc. One other thing, was there was a ton of stickers in the front yard (back yard too but front was worst), this required sweeping and vacuuming the floors everyday. Otherwise this is a great rental -thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Needs a deep clean
This is the second time we've rented this property, we were hoping some of the issues would have been corrected but that wasn't the case. The floors are filthy. My kids were in that house for 20 mins without shoes on and their feet were black on the bottoms. The towels are old and stained, kitchen and bathroom towels alike. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the covers on them are plastic so every time you move they make loud noise. The bathtub mat had black stuff on it and was so old that you could feel the suction cups through the top of it. And last but not least my toddler found the open container of detergent pods underneath the kitchen sink, we are lucky we caught him before he put any in his mouth. We won't be renting this property again. It needs a serious deep clean !
