The room was not clean, the toilet didn’t work properly. The floor was wet the door wouldn’t close, the remote didn’t work for the tv, the light for the vanity was out. The non smoking room smelled like smoke, there were cigarette burns on the begging

It was not clean. Garbage everywhere. Also, the beds were dirty and weren't clean when we got the room.

The room smelled TERRIBLE! The carpet had holes in it. SEVERE water damage in the bathroom. LIVE roaches and bugs in the kitchenette. Stains on the couch and comforter. The mattress was collapsed in the middle. I CANNOT BELIEVE LA QUINTA HAS THEIR NAME IN THIS PROPERTY! I don’t think I will ever stay at a La Quinta again. I have pictures anyone is interested!!

There was fresh blood on the sheet. Stains of some kind on both bedspreads. Fecal matter smeared across the bottom of the bathroom door. Toilet was very dirty. We left as soon as we got up to the room.

We recieved our keys. Went around to room and stairs were nasty. The door to room finally opened with the key after few tries and when opened there was a purse and Walmart bags on the bed. Called if anyone was there, no answer. Just shut the door. It is not safe to stay there. Yall would be liable if someone stayed and were assaulted!!!!

By far the worst property I have ever stayed in! If I hadn't been really tired after driving approx 4 hours and then helping my son move his college dorm room for another 7 hours, I would NOT have stayed there. I CAN'T believe it is a Windham property. Reminds me of a motel in a red light district. Numerous material conditions of the property and the room I was in, along with an improperly stocked room - broken safety door latch, nasty bathtub, constantly running toilet, safety door latch missing, no bath mate, only 1 hand towel, no bedspread or extra blankets, several lights did not work, and trash in the walk ways. I did not feel safe. Really disappointing experience!!!!! Should get a refund.

My family and I were there for the stock show and rodeo AG show and I booked this hotel because there was nothing else available around the area for this dates. Our room room was horrible not even my kids wanted to sleep in the beds or shower there everything was dirty shower was horrible toilets were stained has to find a store ro buy a disinfectant spray room air freshener it smelled like mildew and dirty carpet towels were horrible stained TV didn’t work and on top of that we couldn’t call front desk because our phone was just there for decoration had no cables plugged in doors did not lock good you walk outside to a trashed placed there was no way my family would eat there fir the continental breakfast we would probably get food poisoning.! Please don't spend your money on this trashy dirty filthy place. Not to mention my friend had to look for a place an hour away from the show .😿

Took 3 different trips back down to the lobby before my room key would work. Sink was clogged with half sink full of putrid water upon arrival. Tv was filthy and did not work. Drawer facing fell off nightstand. Carpets were not vacuumed. Desk chair arm rest also filthy. Dis-functional towel rack that had been ripped from the wall. Other than that, it was unsatisfactory. My last stay at a LaQuinta.

The room key did not work had to go over 4 times to the front desk in 28 degree weather. Finally the front desk worker went to check the door they realized the door lock was bad moved me to another room. The following morning at 9 am house keeping didn’t even knock the guy opened the door saw us and said wait yall were supposed to be gone already. I asked at the front what time was check out the lady said 11. I told her what happened and she just laughed.

The person working at the front office was lovely. The hotel definitely was not. This was the first time I've had a truly poor experience at a La Quinta (my expectations aren't super high - we were just looking for a quiet place to sleep at night during a road trip). The keys wouldn't open the doors. The toilet wouldn't flush and the arm of the toilet was held together with a plastic bag. There were no cups or hospitality items (outside of a coffee maker with no coffee). At 10 a.m., the fire alarm started blaring for no discernible reason, but there was no evacuation or staff activity, and when I tried to call the front office to ask about it, I realized the phone wasn't functional.

I was given the restricted room nobody was supposed to check in for. It had tables and chairs all over like a construction site. Room 116 I asked if there was another room available but they said no that is the only room available. I walked out of that motel and found another motel to stay at. Wish I could get a refund out of it but I did not pay for the incidental piece of wine charge to have it refunded
