Enjoy peaceful days for work or play in this perfectly remodeled Lake Nasworthy beauty with views, views, views! Everyone will Ooooh and Ahhhh at the large picture windows that perfectly frame the southeast-facing view! Perfect for lounging outside in the evening, or lounge on the swim dock for breathtaking sunset views. Located in a no-wake cove, it’s the perfect location to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and fish right off the dock! Or boat out to the main lake for some fun in the sun! This home is conveniently located just down the street from a public boat ramp, and has both a swim dock and boat slip rental included in the price. Just 6 minutes from the loop, this house is conveniently located near town but feels very isolated.

Inside you’ll find it perfectly appointed, complete with a ping-pong table, electronic game table, electric fireplace and 80” TV. Two en-suite bedrooms keep everyone happy with their own private bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and Bedroom 2 has one queen + full-size futon (extra bedding in the linen closet).
