Upon checkin, I went to my room and turned on the A/C. It rattled really loudly. I called the front desk, and they put me in another room. Everything checked out just fine there.

I was travelling through San Angelo and I had a great stay at the Best Western. It was conveniently located, close enough to downtown San Angelo but not too close to be part of the hustle and bustle. Walmart, KFC, Whataburger, and a lot of other nice local places are conveniently nearby.
