Disappointment
When I arrived at the hotel the staff suddenly informed me that my room was not available due to plumbing issues. I wasn't given any advance notice or warning. The staff walked me blocks away from the beach to a hostel that was of lesser quality. I was put in a hostel room that had 4 beds inside. There was no one else in the room but it was poor quality. The wifi was terrible. I was very disappointed with this outcome and was not a good way to start a vacation.

Me gusto mucho la ubicacion y costo beneficio, me pareció asequible. No me gusto. Que me retrasaron un poco la entrega de la habitación. Pero la atención del personal es muy buena.

Me gusto la atención y la amabilidad del personal del hotel y la ubicación es muy buena. Lo único por mejor es que en los días que estuvimos hospedandonos la conexión a internet no fue buena
