"Baan Chompoo Homestay is very clean and only 5 minutes walk to Amphawa Floating market. Breakfast was reasonable though not the best shower we had, but we were happy with out stay. You can catch songtheaw (public open ute) from across the road to go to Maeklong train market for 8baht per person so very cheap. No taxi available, however private car to Bangkok about 1200baht - The owner was nice to call and organise one when we requested."

"The two sister who run this guesthouse are very friendly, welcoming and generous to provide information and answer questions. While modest, the rooms are very clean and all you need. "

"Property is not nice. Right on canal at the market. No parking. Have to carry yiur things down the street. VERY noisy! Paper thin walls and old furnishings. Looked at room and left! "

"Sitio tranquilo, se puede ir caminando hasta el mercado flotante, no tiene muchas tiendas alrededor, así que hay que comprar cosas cuando estes en el mercado. Las habitaciones normales, no esperen gran lujo, aire acondicionado en condiciones, frigorífico y agua en la ducha sin problemas."
