Clean, spacious, modern and well-positioned
I was here for a week on a photography project in the Ardeche for my business. The house was perfect for my requirements, being well-placed for locations such as Labeaume and Balazuc. Set away from the main camp sites it is private and has its own parking - and has a vineyard for a back garden. Everything in the house works perfectly, the water is hot and the wifi is fast. Very happy with the house and I would definitely recommend it.

Plaisir et detente en Ardèche
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans ce gite, où nous aurions bien prolongé notre sejour et où nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Le menage est extrement bien fait, le gite possede tout le confort nécessaire. La climatisation est bienvenue. Notre hôte a fait en sorte que notre arrivée se passe au mieux. Nous avons d'ailleurs beaucoup apprécié les presents de bienvenue dans le frigo. Nous recommandons vivement ce gite!

Maison très bien équipée. Accès rapide à pieds pour petits commerces et rivières. Très bons conseils des propriétaires pour les activités kayak et canyoning. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Vacances en Ardèche
Maison agréable suffisamment grande , bien équipée, bien placé, bien que des campingsà proximité, musique le soir et animations. À proximité de Ruoms et Vallon Pont d'Arc Commerces Super U et Lidl à moins de 5kms. Beaucoup de choses à faire aussi à proximité et la rivière aussi à 400m de la maison. Nous avons passé 3 semaines et ne nous sommes absolument pas ennuyés.

Maison très confortable
Très belle maison, très bien placée pour rayonner et découvrir la richesse naturelle, culturelle, patrimoniale et gastronomique de ce coin d'Ardèche. On a passé 4 jours super. La maison est équipée de tout le confort et décorée avec goût (un regret : on n'a pas eu le temps d'utiliser le barbecue :)). Les conseils visites et sorties canoé disponibles sont bienvenue. Contact très facile avec Annick. On reviendra sans hésiter dans cette "maison des bois flottés" lors de notre prochain séjour , pour continuer à allier sport et découverte la journée et repos agréable le soir !

Maison parfaite pour notre séjour avec nos deux enfants de 7 et 9 ans, en ce mois d’octobre. Le calme absolu nous a permis de bien nous reposer. Maison fonctionnelle, bien équipée et très propre. La communication avec la propriétaire a été facile et ses conseils bien utiles pour visiter la région, riche de multiples activités. La localisation est idéale pour rayonner. À recommander chaudement.

Très belle maison neuve, tout équipé, qui permet de se sentir presque chez sois à la fin du séjour. La propriétaire est très gentil et disponible en cas de besoin et des conseils et brochures sont disponibles pour découvrir les environs.

Maison neuve, spatieuse, bien équipée et bien conçue. Accueil sympathique, classeur avec conseils touristiques très utile. Le cadre est agréable, l'emplacement parfait pour rayonner dans la région. La climatisation est la bienvenue en-cas de fortes chaleurs. Les campings proches sont un peu bruyants en soirée mais, à partir de 23h45, plus un bruit et on peut même dormir fenêtres ouvertes sans nuisance. Nous conseillons cette location!

Rien à redire sur cette maison très récente, très propre, bien située. L’accueil est parfait, l’équipement est tout à fait correct, et la maison est bien située. Juste peut-être en évolution (mais comme la maison est neuve, c’est compréhensible) une terrasse en dur ne serait pas de trop, ainsi que des doubles rideaux dans les chambres, pour pouvoir les obscurcir un peu la nuit (il y a des volets, mais c’est un peu juste à mon avis). Je recommande !

Un séjour très agréable passé entre amis. La maison est spacieuse, propre et parfaitement équipée. Annick et Alain sont disponibles, accueillants et n’hésitent pas à donner des conseils concernant les activités à faire. La ville de Sampzon est très jolie et proche de tout (commerces, sentiers de randonnées, plages...). Villes de Vallons Pont d’Arc et Ruoms à quelques minutes en voiture avec possibilité de visiter les Gorges de l’Ardèche en canoë. Nous recommandons.

De belles vacances
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Sampzon. La maison est très bien équipée et bien placée proche de la rivière, en voiture la ville est proche de beaucoup de jolie petit village et d'endroits animés comme Ruoms et Vallon Pont d'Arc. Notre hôte a été très accueillante. Nous n'avons pas été embêtée par la présence de camping aux alentours qui étaient respectueux le soir sur la limite horaire pour le bruit.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa d'Annick et Alain. La maison (neuve) est très confortable et idéalement placée au coeur des gorges de l'Ardèche. De belles vacances en famille
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est juste au top, toute neuve et très bien située. La propriétaire est adorable et s'est vraiment soucié de notre confort tout en prenant note des petits plus qui amélioreraient l'expérience.
