"Had a great weekend trip to the finger lakes and the cottage was a big part of why. Awesome location, great views of Seneca lake from inside the house and off the private dock. Backyard was a pleasant spot to hang out with the hot tub and fire pit. Overall great experience and highly recommend staying here. Has everything you’re looking for in a clean comfortable interiors with great outdoor amenities. "

"Our group of 8 ladies just finishing spending the weekend at beautiful Stairway to Haven! Everything we could ever want was there, beautiful views outside every floor. Even though it was a windy, rainy weekend, we made the most of the views, the game room in the garage, and simply just celebrating a bride to be ina beautiful place! Clean and thoughtful items/toiletries for use. Well stocked kitchen. Expresso machine was a treat. FYI lots of stairs!"

"This house is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice- there are so many extra rooms and space. We had several families with children and had ample room. The best part is the very large backyard/land. Great location. We will stay again!"

"Search no further this is an exceptional rental!! We wanted an updated, clean comfortable place, suitable for entertaining and accommodating a visit with our son who attends Hobart College along with his group of friends. We found the perfect home with surrounding views of Seneca Lake(only 19 minutes away from campus). It offers comfort, spacious rooms with quality decor that tells you that you are being very well taken care of. The main area has space for cooking with at least 4 different stations to accommodate several chefs and their big personalities! 6 very comfortable, well-made handsome bar-stools at the island that is intimate enough for cross conversations as well as large enough for sampling the tapas and eating entrees all at the same time. This is not an island that will feel overcrowded. Meanwhile the rest of the group enjoyed the well furnished open space for living room entertainment. Large deep-cushioned, very comfortable couches, ready for watching sports and eventually late-night movie watching. Everything is new, clean and comfortable. The appliances are smart technology, ample Iron Clad pots & pans, Williams Sonoma dishes. We felt very well taken care of! Everyone was impressed and wanting to return for the fire-pit and beach!! I cannot say enough about this find, other than we will be back again and again for next 4 years to see these boys graduate! Thank you Cate you are so good at what you do in managing this beautiful rental! Responsive & thoughtful. "

"We stayed here with a couple of friends and our dogs for my husband’s 40th birthday. The place was clean and inviting. I love the location. It was perfect to walk the dogs every morning and evening. It had great amenities available. We had an issue when we arrived with the hot water. We called and they came right out and fixed the issue. Will definitely stay here again. "
