I don’t speak Italian but we were able to communicate very well. They make you feel like you are their family. I felt so safe and if I am ever back in Sicily I would stay here again. "Where do I begin. If you don't speak italian don't come here. Staff is not the friendliest. Was here for a wedding for a week. It's long term living. So what can you say. It's apartment style. If you are used to 5 stars definitly not for you. If you like camps with lots of kids and families. This is for you. They have it all yoga, meditation, exercise classes in water and out. Don't look forward to the coplimantary breakfast. Needs to be booked 2 days in advance. Better off going somewhere...

"We stayed at this hotel in late September. All the staff were welcoming and courteous and the facilities just what we needed for a quiet stay as a couple. Everything was very clean, food was varied and it was just the location we were looking for. Mostly we ate in the town as we enjoyed the variety of local foods and the passiagatta (masses of families and friends walking around). "Good place to stay. Quiet and low key. The Pasta Norma served for dinner was the best I had in all of Italy. They hand make their pasta and it’s delicious. The breakfast was a bit lacking as there is no hot food. The pool was too cold in November and looked a bit dirty, so we didn’t use it. "Very pleasant place to stay in a quiet and beautiful area. A spacious garden with olive trees and swimming pool where you can relax quietly. They took very well care of us and in the evening we were spoiled with a delicious supper. Ideal place to visit this southern part of Sicily. We enjoyed every moment of our trip.
