"First of all there is no people with you can speak about the property no door keys you have to figure out how to look for and check emails to find information. Another problem is parking there is no space to park your car you have to park on the street and you are lucky if you find one single space to park your car close to the property. Other than that the room is small but has everything that you need a/c, tv,kitchen, I will rent this place but without car"

The location is 20-25 min walk to center and all the squares and popular quarters Bairro Alto, Baixia, elevator Santa Justa, etc. There is Rua Esperanza (street) right down the hill from the house which has a great little cafe and restorant. We loved the counter in the bathroom, it was huge and fit all our things. Having the outdoor space made a massive difference and the garden with its pool, seating and fruit trees was a wonderful space, including the noisy parakeets which came to feast on the pomegranates.
