"We had an amazing stay at the villa in October half term. The villa was perfect for a family stay. Comfortable and spacious for our family. Lovely views from the terrace and lots of space for relaxing by the pool. Only a few minutes from Sami, the perfect base for exploring the island. We had a day trip to Ithaca as well. Dimitris checked regularly that all was well and the villa was cleaned mid week in our stay. I thoroughly recommend Kefelonia and Dimitris’s villa - you won’t be disappointed! "Villa Eirini is situated near the small hamlet of Evreti with the most amazing views across the Ionian Sea to the sister island of Ithaca from the breakfast terrace and both bedrooms. The villa was welcoming and beautifully clean with the nice touch of some useful provisions, plus a very nice bottle of white wine. Our host Greg always responded promptly to our queries and checked that we were enjoying our stay while we were there. Natalie Greg's cousin lives across the road from the villa and looks after the villa. She was a joy to know and was tremendously helpful with her local knowledge and friendly personality. We will definitely holiday in Villa Eirini again. "

"Villa Liladi is a simply wonderful villa. My wife and I had a two-week holiday based there and can unreservedly recommend it. Its location is perfect, affording peaceful and stunning views from its terrace of the seas separating Kephalonia from the smaller island of Ithica and the Greek mainland. It is also just some 4 km from the lovely, busy harbour (‘Yachty’ ) town of Fiskardo and just 3 km from the heavenly uncrowded beach at Foki Bay and others near-by. The villa itself is charming, built on a traditional style, and is well equipped for all needs, especially the lovely private swimming pool to enjoy. One of the unexpected delights of the villa is the on-site presence of the housekeeper Makis and his wife, who live discretely in an apartment below the villa. They efficiently answered any queries we had, provided first class service tending the pool etc and gave us home-made treats from their kitchen during our stay. This gesture and the villa itself made our holiday memorable. An exceptional property."

"The size of accommodation is just perfect for families of all ages. Two doubles and three singles fits in 7 easily, we also had a toddler with us in one of the double rooms. We filled this place and still had space, it’s that spacious. Outside the pool is a great size and the lawn area is big enough to play 5 a side football and still have space for a volley ball court, all with a backdrop of cypress trees, hills/mountains and the Sami Bay Area. Photos don’t do it justice. The property is walled and safe for young children (we had a 2 year old grandson with us). It also has an electric gate and keyless door entry system. Rossana was very helpful in getting what we needed in place and also a lovely woman to deal with. I recommmend visiting her restaurant and cocktail bar in Sami too - Afrala. Be aware that the final few hundred yards of road to the property is a stoney track which you get used to. Our two hire cars dealt with the track fine. You need hire cars to visit here unless you’re happy taking taxis or just want to walk to and from Sami. 20-40 mins each way. My double room was upstairs which led onto a balcony, providing greater views of the area and good morning coffee seating. Gardeners keep outdoors looking great and Maria visited daily to clean up, tidy beds and do the bins inc. toilet bins. Maria was a pleasure and became close to the family and we were all sad to say goodbye. I’d definitely return. "

"My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in September 2024. We loved it. We had a 1 bedroom junior suite with a sea view. The apartment is on the second floor. If you have any mobility problems, please note that there is no lift. The location of the complex is excellent, right on the sea front. The beach, as with many on Kefalonia is stony. This area of the beach has no public facilities so is very quiet. The apartment was large, we had a double balcony. There was air conditioning in both the lounge area and bedroom. It is modern and well furnished. The kitchen area included a large fridge-freezer, hob, toaster kettle and coffee maker. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom,which we were not expecting. The shower had both a waterfall shower head and a second hand-held shower lower down. The hot water came through quickly which isn't always the case. The bed was large, and very comfortable. There was a large built in wardrobe with lots of draw space. Locally, there were two tavernas and a cafe, with a bakery nearby. Sami is a five minute drive away, and in the other direction Agia Elfimia is 10 minutes away. Both have a number of taverans and shops. Karavomylos was a good location for seeing the island. Argostelli was about 30 minutes away, Fiscardo 45 minutes, Assos and Myrtos beach 30 minutes drive. It was a really good apartment in a location that we thought was ideal. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Villa Marilena, Eleni and Marino are the most perfect of hosts. They really couldn’t have done enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The property’s location was perfect for us, we love Chaliotata village some nice places to eat and not far from Sami. The villa was just as pictured and Marino and Eleni were always at the other end of the phone whenever we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Eleni and Marino for making our holiday so enjoyable, hope to see you again."
