"Our stay was nice, and the staff was accommodating when we needed a hairdryer since ours was broken in the room. The beds were decent, but not amazing. There are no plug outlets by the bed, which made it difficult to use a phone for a clock or alarm, I also needed one for a CPAP, but they were able to find Extension cord so that I could use my CPAP. "

"The reviews told me the chances of getting bed bugs was likely. I did get bed bugs. And am now attempting to deal with this which continuing to travel. The actual place was okay but they need to fumigated. If you are ok with bedbugs it’s an okay place. Otherwise. Be warned. Also. The staff were not friendly or helpful in any manner. Basically did the bare minimum and did that under sufferance "

"We stayed in the upstairs apartment of a farmhouse. The owners Mom was very thorough in her checking procedures even though her English was limited. The apartment was well insulated and clean. The views of the Tuscany countryside were amazing. The bed was small but adaquate. There was a bookcase that divided the kitchen from the bedroom.
