"The views from all apartments were amazing, but I believe that in all 5 apartments that were rented the amazing views and decor didn’t match the outdated appliances. Furthermore, due to safety, you are only allowed one elevator key and for your specific floor, which is madness if you are traveling with a big family that are placed in different floors. I am thankful for helping me accommodate a big family, in rooms with amazing and comfortable rooms. "

"The neighborhood itself was a little rough and walking around required heighten awareness. The property was very secure. There were four doors and four keys to get it to the apartment. Three of them were iron security doors. Orlando was very accommodating and friendly and the little watch dog, I called Scooter, was a treat. He welcome me with cheerful tail wags and calf nudges every time I returned to the apartment."

"The peoperty itself was new and comfortable but the location was not in the section of odessa as advertized. The women who showed the apartment seemed put out and disinterested. When I asked about secure parking she pointed up the hill. It was too much effort for her to show me how to use this seperate area. "The owner came to meet us and showed us the apartment. He is fluent in English and he was available to answer our calls promptly. The apartment was beautifully furnished and clean. We were missing a large pot for cooking soup. He arranged for his wife to bring it to the apartment. We would definitely return there for our next visit."

"apartment itself is very nice and location as well but you will be kept up at night by barking dogs and be woken up at around 4 a.m. every morning by a rooster that someone in the neighborhood owns. the last night was a holiday so people in the apartment next-door were partying until very late so we didnt get any sleep. i realize these things are out of their control but it is still frustrating. overall yes apartment is nice and owner is very responsive but beware of the rooster!!"

"First thing I did try to communicate with the owner. They didn’t respond until the day before I left. I was there from Wednesday to Monday morning. Couch smell like pee the main bedroom shower burn my wife the beds hard as a rock and flat pillows cooking pots scratch and over all it’s not really in Sambordon it’s more in daule. Hopefully no one eles would need to experience this horrible experience my family and I had to. And the place is still under construction lots of dirt."
