"Great front desk staff! Had an issue with the AC and they quickly offered the room next door as well as help moving into it. Food was average. Biggest complaint was the inability to charge meals or drinks to the room. Had to carry credit card and ID anytime we wanted to have a drink or meal. "

"Great communication from hotel as we were navigating our way there. We arrived after the normal dinner hour but the were willing to hold staff available to serve us a very good meal. Rooms are unique and charming! We did the whitewater rafting. Guides were great and very concerned about everyone’s safety. Fun trip! Overall a great visit and we look forward to returning!"

"Victor the night security guard and the cleaning ladies were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I hope they have an employee of the month and that victor gets it! That being said I do think that the property could do with a fresh coat of paint to make it “pop” a bit more. TV’s should be bigger and have more channels available in English. The shower heads need to be changed. That being said I would stay again. "
