The front Desk Staff was not upto the mark, very very slow, incommunicable. Rooms have small issue of curtains not closing completely on the sides due to structural defect. The breakfast lay was not to the standards of other Swiss Bel Hotels where I have stayed. The staff in the Swiss Cafe was more interested in talking amongst themselves instead of looking after the guests.

Lokasi sangat strategis
Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan mall dan tempat makan (tapi tidak direkomendasikan untuk yang tepat di seberang hotel, harganya mahal). Saat saya datang, hotel sedang proses renovasi, jd di lobby tercium bau lem yang menyengat. Sarapannya enak, tapi untuk kelas bintang 4 menurut saya kurang bervariasi, dan ada menu yang salah tulis.

Hotel perlu perawatan.
Hotel sudah terlihat tua, lift hanya 2 dan kapasitas kecil sehingga agak lama. Kebersihan di shower - kurang, sepertinya dinding/pintu kaca shower kurang perawatan. Shower head banyak scaling. Air panas/dingin tidak stabil begitu juga pressurenya.

Comfortable stay but bathroom not clean
We enjoyed our 1 Night stay at Swiss-bel. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was just not clean enough, lots of mould that looks like it has never been scrubbed. Breakfast was good also.

Hotellet er fint med hyggelig personale, men personlig syntes jeg rengjøringen av rommet kunne vært bedre. Det hendte også at jeg kunne se maur på rommet, og det var flere små hull i veggene i enkelte hjørner. Ville likevel benyttet samme hotellet ettersom jeg tror det holder god standard for regionen.
