This is an incredible resort. The service is unmatched. Ms. Emmanuella in particular was extremely helpful, kind and made our experience better than we could have imagined. This hotel is one of the most spectacular stays I’ve ever encountered on the island believe the hype. The service is on point everyone is genuinely willing to help and make your stay extraordinary. It’s worth driving out here.

The resort was a delight. Beautiful setting, efficient and agreeable staff. We only wish to make a reservation regarding the personal assistant upon arrival who did not explain certain things as she should have. The restaurant reservation system was a bit hectic but in the end another assistant sorted it out and made our evening. We will be back.

I have traveled quite a bit in my life but never to do an all inclusive. That said I have been to a lot of high end hotels and for the cost/value was one of the best experiences I have ever had. From the caring staff to the stunning beach to the fine food and drink to the amenities/classes you will not be disappointed. Four nights is plenty but could easily enjoy this place for a week.Truly fantastic. The only challenge (not hotel issue) is that for us coming from NYC we have drive 2.5 hours across DR (flew into Santo Domingo) but certain cities do fly direct to Samana. Go here its FABULOUS!

Cayo Levantado Resort was amazing! I have been to resorts all over the Dominican Republic and this one outshined the rest. They never took no as an answer and they were available 24/7 with our needs. Perfection doesn’t exist on this planet but Cayo Levando Resort is the exception. I would definitely recommend to all to stop by here!

The resort is very well balanced, the wellness is of high quality. Beautiful nature and the food is delicious. Only thing that doesn’t make sense is the dipping pool on the balcony. It’s not heated and has zero comfort.
