"This is a very nice hotel for Sai devotees. Pictures of Swami everywhere. Easy walking distance to Ashram. Staff are very friendly and helpful. But be aware that standard rooms don't have windows. So, if you are staying for more than a few days, get a Super-delux room - more expensive, but a nice large window. Hot water systems at this hotel use electicity, so you get hot water even on cloudy days. Other hotels, such as Sai Towers, have solar hot water systems. Good for the environment, but...
