"The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits...

The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We spent our morning relaxing by watching desert from their first floor hut overlooking at desert with delicious tea. enjoying the delicious food, and exploring the desert. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated."

"The property is slightly out side of the main road where most of the resorts are located. The camp in general was good. I understand it was a desert tent but the bedding cleanliness could be very much improved. The bathroom was well maintained and clean. The food was average and the cleanliness in the kitchen could be improved as well. Also, explore your options of hiring your own jeep or camel. "
