We were traveling from US so we were a little unsure where to get our key as there was no apparent front desk but thankfully our phones worked and we were able to get in touch with someone to meet us. I recommend calling ahead to discuss a check in plan. Such a gorgeous spot!"

"A very nice hotel, stunning unspoilt views of the lake. Quick check in and check out with a personable service. My only negative was that for such a luxurious hotel, there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, this is such an out dated practice and definitely dampens the experience when you can’t make a drink to enjoy on your balcony. "I loved my stay (second time) at this beautiful and genteel property. It isn’t your fault but my neighbors were having extremely loud sex in the wee hours of the morning. I thought the woman was being murdered at first. It went on and on and on. Other than that everything was peaceful and serene. I think she was having a wonderful time. It was just a bit obnoxious and probably scary for the children who heard it bouncing off the lake and mountains😬😘I appreciate all you do to make your guests...
