"Pretty big condo style apartment with basic utilities. Buses in the area stops early so if you need to come back to the hotel after 8pm be ready to walk a long trek (from the train station) or to pay extra for a taxi. It is located in a residential area so there are no activities and few restaurants. However there is a grocercy store not too far. The access is secured and the host was super friendly. "We stayed in the Garden unit for 9 days in mid July. The property is beautiful and Alessandro and his family are wonderful people and great hosts. They were very accommodating to our family by amending the pool hours. The property is perfectly situated to see many great areas around Bologna and all are within about an hours’ drive. The only issue we had was the heat. Unfortunately there were heat warnings throughout this part of Europe in July and the property is not set up yet to deal with...
