Welcome to Salvador! Luxurious east-facing apartment with sea views, located on the top floor of the modern Smart Amaralina complex. Enjoy a perfect stay to relax and experience the city and the beach with breathtaking views.

The living room is decorated with custom-designed furniture to offer you maximum comfort. The apartment is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, and you will be among the first guests to enjoy it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, blender, Air Fryer, and everything you need to prepare your meals. Additionally, the building offers rotating parking spaces, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

The complex will feature exclusive facilities such as a swimming pool, soccer field, gym, business center with extended WiFi in common areas, a laundry area for washing and drying clothes, as well as a 24-hour minimarket. HOWEVER, WHILE THE SWIMMING POOL IS AVAILABLE, THE OTHER FACILITIES ARE STILL UNDER IMPLEMENTATION AND NOT YET OPERATIONAL. For this reason, we are offering a special discounted price, and we hope that on your next visit, you will be able to enjoy all the services we provide.

The location is excellent, just 150 meters from the beach, and close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and bus and taxi stops.
