The cabin was great and the host was super quick on communication! Will definitely stay at this cabin again. Plenty of towels and blankets and the kitchen felt so comfortable with plenty of dishes and utensils.
I wanted to stay forever - Perfectly appointed cabin. Communication and recommendations about getting there, local things to see/do was spot on! Would definitely book again.
Great cabin in the woods, very quiet, you can hear the stream down below. We saw lots of stars at night this time of year. Well supplied with everything you need in the kitchen and for the bedrooms and bathroom. Will stay again if our host will have us.
There were absolutely no hitches or surprises, as every detail from driving directions to suggested sites to explore, were all perfectly communicated. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. The area was beyond serene and very secluded. Would highly recommended for couples or young families.
First and foremost, communication with the property owner was fantastic! The location is perfect if you are looking to get away from it all, with close proximity to anything you might need. You will need a vehicle with some ground clearance and preferably an AWD/4WD to get in depending on the season.
Absolutely loved this place and hope to stay again. It was my husband, my 10 year old son, myself, and 2 medium sized dogs. Due to the weather most of our plans got canceled but we still highly enjoyed relaxing. The only issue we had was a few days into the teip the tv died and the road washed out but the issues were communicated to the property owners and handled swiftly. Highly recommend this cabin.
We had a wonderful weekend stay at this cabin and I highly recommend it to anyone with a lot of confidence getting up a steep gravel hill! The house was clean and cute, with comfy beds and fluffy pillows. My daughter loved exploring the hillside and sleeping in the loft. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The location was great - close to restaurants but felt secluded.
We drove a Honda Pilot and didn’t have trouble getting up the hill but I’m not sure I couldn’t made it in my AWD Tesla model Y. If the up hill hike isn’t an issue for you, book this cabin!

Place needs tlc
Beautiful area, but hard to access. Cabin is cute, but needs some tlc. Gravel road was very difficult to navigate. Much lose gravel and very dark. Outdoor furniture, cushions and decks needed cleaning. Some repair needed on steps to extra deck area. No microwave or dishwasher. Bedding and pillow shams needed cleaning too.
Very peaceful and we enjoyed listening to the nearby creek.
First of all, I was impressed with the well thought out info from the owner. From how to get there, to different features of the cabin, to things to do in the area. Invaluable! The road to the cabin is very steep and I understand the recommendation for AWD or 4WD. I was able to make it though I'm my Nissan Rough (small SUV, front wheel drive), just had to start with some speed to have the momentum. The cabin itself was bigger than I expected and very nice. I thought the 2 beds in the loft were twins from the pic, but they are doubles, so this place could easily sleep 6 (but only one bathroom for 6 people might get interesting lol). The kitchen has everything you might need for anything you want to cook. We brought a cheese grater, but they even had that. Beds were very comfortable. Small gas grill ran out of gas right after I lit it, but they even had a spare full tank right there so I was able to easily switch it out. VERY cozy and comfortable, would definitely stay again!
We had a great weekend at the cabin. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was close to a nice hike at Pearson falls and our excursion to the Tryon Equestrian center for the spartan race
The cabin was clean and absolutely adorable. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were so quaint and charming. The deck was huge and very relaxing to spend time on! Very close to downtown saluda. We loved our stay- thank you!
