Plenty of windows to provide an excellent direct view to overlook the Atlantic Ocean. This unit sits oceanfront and on a corner, which allows you to view the outdoor pool and courtyard from your living room as well. Dine oceanfront every night right from your updated personal kitchen with granite counter tops. Hear the waves crashing from your Oceanfront Master bedroom.

Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout living, bed and bathrooms.

Cleaning and linens included with stay!

Master Bedroom with ocean front window view and King Bed and access to the ocean front porch, private full bathroom & TV.

Great view!
We enjoyed our stay at the beach. View was great and we enjoyed the indoor pool as the outdoors were closed. However, hot tub was closed which was a bummer.

Perfect location and great upgrades
This was a great location with direct panoramic views of Indian Beach. Multiple pools to choose from, on-site grill and bar, and close to restaurants. To top it off the condo boasts wonderfully done upgrades inside.

It was perfect…morning coffee on the patio while enjoying the view, walks on the beach collecting shells, playing in the waves, sight seeing and enjoying shrimp burgers and crab cakes for dinner at local restaurants.

The porperty was clean and well organized. We are a group of older siblings and spouses getting together for some quality family time. Having everything on one level with easy elevator access was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent on the cean front balcony.

Wonderful visit
We come to Summerwinds every July and have stayed in this condo for several years. Everything we would need is provided. The condo has a smart lock so we don't have to worry about "loosing keys" which is really great when you have 5-7 people wondering in and out. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Summer winds at Indian beach
We loved the location. Great view of the beach so great grandparents could watch us from the comfort of the balcony. Condo was well stocked and owners were exceptional with communications. A great place to relax for a few days. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

The perfect place for a family
What a great location and what great amenities! The view of the ocean from this place is tremendous. You couldn’t get any closer. Two wonderful outdoor pools and a great indoor pool for when it’s raining. Huge private beach and location convenient to everything

Best view! We definitely loved our stay. My mother-in-law has cancer and is having trouble getting around but parking right beside the elevator and she used her walker to the top of the steps and she was able to use the steps to get out to the beach. Very accommodating.

Wonderful location. Great view. Quick access to the beach. Our family had a great time! The check in was easy. The complex was clean and has plenty of things to do both on site a d nearby. This was our fourth stay at Summerwinds and this was our favorite unit so far.

Great escape!
Renting was convenient, owners emailed easy to follow directions that lead us straight to the door! Great ocean views, close to the beach, pool and game room right on the property but also close to great restaurants and food trucks within walking distance and right in the middle of Emerald Isle and Atlantic beach!! Perfect for my family!! Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful views.
Condo view is 5 star with easy access to private beach area. The condo was certainly not filthy, however it was in need of a good cleaning. The refrigerator, seat cushions, showers, baths, air vents, and air return needed a deep clean. The vacuum in the condo was very dirty. The porch lights did not work, however this was quickly fixed when property manager was contacted. There is construction going on in the building which awakened us every morning. I would stay in this group of condos again, but I would not stay in this particular condo again. The biggest reason is it was sub par for VRBO DUE TO CLEANLINESS.
