"We were at Brighton for a wedding and the location was perfect! Easy walk over to the reception area. The house was lovely and well stocked. The check out time is pretty serious, the cleaners were there at 9:55 when we were loading up our cars. Made for a bit of a hectic exit but otherwise a great stay! "

"Xanadu is a gorgeous brand new construction cabin in the a gorgeous setting. It's a bit tricky to find and there truly is construction going on around you as other cabins are being built on all sides (wasn't a problem for us on the weekend, but be aware of the background noise of saws and hammering on weekdays). We loved the hiking trail right outside the front door. We loved the views and the mountain air. Cottonwood Lodging was responsive and professional hosts. We would rent here again!"

"This property was amazing. We were comfortable; the location was great; the ameneties were lovely; and the property management company was extremely easy to deal with. However, the road leading into the neighborhood and up the hill to the house was not properly maintained. While we managed with snowtires, it was not safe as there was no maintenance with salt, dirt or plowing, and every morning and evening it was an ice rink."

"I’m going to miss waking up to that view!!! The home was perfect for our group. Only complaint was the big ceiling fan in the main family room was out of order. This made it quit uncomfortable for the person sleeping in the loft. The windows don’t open so no airflow. We found 2 box fans that helped a little. The kitchen was amazing. And the hot tub was much needed after the wedding. "

"We stayed with two adults and two kids, 12 and 14, and it was a perfect family location. Close to the ski hills, nice little pizza joint, nice dinner restaurant for the adults, great amenities at the condo. Condo itself was perfect; cozy and well acquainted, had everything we needed. Lots of extra pillows and blankets, well stocked kitchen, nice bathroom. We enjoyed the fireplace, the record player, and the hottub. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "
