Wonderful Updated Remodel! Walkout Basement High in Bountiful Mountains!

This is a FANTASTIC and beautiful apartment you will love!

We would LOVE to have you at this space FULL of fun! Includes basketball, foosball, ping pong, pool table, and a big screen tv with a comfy sectional couch! This is a beautiful and treasured walk-out basement of our home we currently live in, and ask that you take very good care of it, including removing shoes upon entry. This beautiful apartment has low rent pricing because there IS some occasional noise until 10:30 pm with a family upstairs. Piano practicing and drum practice occasionally happens during the day as well, but we will work around those practice times when you are gone. So... if you are looking for SILENCE, this isn't for you.

We do not allow smoking or vaping of any kind in or on the premises, and no animals. That includes on the street near your car, behind the apartment, or anywhere near the house. We are in a very high risk fire area, and have allergies. If we learn of this happening, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

This is a two bedroom/one bath apartment.... approximately 2000 spacious square feet.
There is two good-size bedrooms.... one with a king bed, the other with a queen bed. There is a large leather sectional couch that can accommodate a few children, or one adult.

This is a kitchenette with a microwave. dishwasher, coffee maker and a small fridge.

There is streaming of Amazon, Netflix and Hulu available.

There is not a grill available.

Also, there is a closet with toys for young children, many DVDs and DVD player, books and games.

There’s a 4-person table, and a large bar with more seating.

We will allow 2 more to sleep on the coach, if interested.

Jen, one of the home owners, is a successful photographer and with prior notice, may be able to provide a photography session for you and your group/family. Check out Jenhanniphoto.com for samples.

There is a chicken coop in the backyard behind the apartment. The chickens are only hens, but do make some noise.

Beautiful setting close to nature and slc
The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The a.c. works great, and the beds are like clouds. Jen and Jason are very kind and accommodating and responded immediately to little things that came up. The property is in a woodsy area, and a 5 minute drive to Mueller park, which is a great place to go hiking. It is about 30 minutes away from Salt Lake City. As mentioned in the ad, the family lives upstairs, so we did hear children running around, but we were not bothered by it at all. We did not use the ping pong table or foosball but if my husband had been with me, that would have been a plus for sure. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay!
We had a fabulous time at this wonderful property! The Hanni family is super attentive and they pay attention to detail. This was a great weekend and I highly recommend this gem in the Utah mountains for a getaway!

Great time at the Hanni Hideaway!
We REALLY enjoyed our time at the Hanni Hideaway! Jen and Jason Hanni, the hosts were fantastic, so friendly and nice. The unit is well furnished basement, two comfortable bedrooms and nice bathroom. For us the family room / game room was our favorite. In addition to a large TV with streaming, they have pop-a-shot basketball, Foosball, ping-pong, and pool. We'll be back and we highly recommend staying at Hanni Hideaway!

The area is beautiful, and the stay was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. It had a pool table, ping pong table, basketball, and a foosball table which was so fun! Easy check in and landlords were very kind.

Very nice basement apartment, clean and well cared for. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice. Some upstairs noise but I was well warned about it in advance. It wasn’t a big deal. Overall a very good experience.
