Wonderful 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with sleeping for 8 which includes a secluded pool in the backyard, hot tub for relaxing after skiing, ideally located only minutes from Park City, Brighton, Snowbird, downtown Salt Lake City, and other major attractions. You simply cannot be more centrally located. Come for the skiing in the winter and the pool and relaxation during the summer. Home is ideally located off I-215 and I-15.

As advertised! Comfortable for 6 guys for 4 days of skiing at Snowbird and Alta. Well stocked and a great hot tub.

Really enjoyed the house, Worked out great for our group of 10 on a ski vacation. Kitchen very well stocked. Cant think of any improvements needed, just know 3 or the 5 bedrooms are in the basement. Would stay again for sure.

Utah Ski ‘Brocation’
A property listing with five bedrooms is hard to find. Location worked out well, close to the highways and the right part of town if you’re a skier. Very clean and comfortable. I would recommend anyone with a large group.

Our experience at the house was absolutely great! There was enough space for everyone and we loved the outdoor amenities. The house is so close to everything and made it very easy to navigate around the SLC area.

This house was perfect for our two families. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out so we weren't tripping over each other. The pool and hot tub where another added bonus. House overall was well stocked and everything was clean and tidy. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at.

Quiet and fabulous
We absolutely loved this place. We felt like we were in our own little oasis. The pool and hot tub were at perfect temps and the beds were comfy. Dustin made sure we had coffee and pool towels, and couldn’t have been nicer.! It was a home away from home for sure!

Fantastic base area for skiing and SLC Fun
Home was the most well stocked we have stayed in! Loved all the small appliances and appreciated the coffee and spices left in the home to use. All paper goods and soaps/shampoos were provided. Jason was very responsive with any communication and meeting our needs for early check in. 30 min to the slopes and all the grocery and shopping options near by were a huge bonus.

Had a lovely trip and the house was the icing on the cake. Great location, near everything and easy access to the canyons. From the driveway to Wasatch Blvd is 10 min max. Really enjoyed our stay. Dustin and team were super responsive and a pleasure!

The house was comfortable and accommodated our family well. A bit difficult to adjust ac as basement much cooler. Grandkids loved pool & ping pong table!. Jason was great! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Close to everything
We had a great ski vacation staying here for a few weeks. We skied every resort in the area and this location is easy in/out to all of them with the highway just a couple turns away. It’s lots of space and we had guests in all the rooms at one time or another during the stay. Best part was the host is exceptionally quick at responding to any questions or requests. I’d come back again with a large group coming in to stay!

Kitchen had it all!
This place was big, clean, convenient to everything and had a POOL! I did a lot of cooking and barbecuing and this kitchen was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Foil, baggies, Tupperware, seasoning, sharp knives and plenty of dishes for eating in or outside. We even did some laundry and it was so quick with 2 washers/dryers and detergent was provided. Loved this place

Beautiful Home - Perfect Location!
The house looks even better than the pics, everything is modern and renovated. We had a great time this past weekend. We were there to go snowboarding at Brighton & Solitude Resorts and were surprised to find out it was only about 35 mins away. Top Golf was like 10 mins away. This house was the perfect location for our trip.

Felt like home
Grandkis who came to visit enjoyed the pool that was well equipped with pool toys and floats. Patio well equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a BBQ. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking and eating all types of meals. Coffee supplied for coffee maker. Plenty of towels for kitchen, bathrooms and pool. Jason was a great host to work with. We hope to come stay again in the future.
