Welcome to Primos Palace, a private and newly remodeled walkout basement condo located in Cottonwood Heights. This spacious rental offers approximately 2,200 square feet of living space, including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it the perfect mountain retreat for families and outdoor enthusiasts.

Conveniently situated equidistant from Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon, you'll have easy access to world-class skiing and snowboarding destinations such as Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude.

The walkout basement features a separate entrance and parking, making it a completely self-contained unit. The basement was recently remodeled and finished in 07/23, providing a stylish and contemporary atmosphere.

Step outside to our backyard, which backs up to Little Cottonwood Creek. Here, you'll find a great outdoor space with plenty of games to enjoy. Whether you're looking to relax after a day on the slopes or spend quality time with family and friends, our backyard is the perfect spot.

We have ensured that our condo is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need during your stay. From cooking supplies and a BBQ grill to a hairdryer and more, we've got you covered.

Please note that ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES are allowed on the premises. We aim to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests.

Our neighborhood is family-friendly and offers close access to the scenic canyons. Take advantage of the nearby walking and biking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages.

There is 1 spots available in the driveway, most of the time. In addition, there is ample parking on the public street for extra vehicles.

During the winter months, the driveway will be cleared of snow by a professional company. However, please note that this service does not extend to vehicles parked on the public street.

I was on a road trip adventure traveling to different states.
This house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and has everything you need to cook with etc. The host was very amazing and very nice. If I ever needed to ask a question he was there to give me a response. I would recommend this place to anyone that would like to come visit Salt Lake City, Utah. I will be back again to do some skiing whenever it snows.

Wonderful stay
The home was wonderfully remodeled and updated with new finishes and appliances, very nicely done. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the neighborhood and enjoyed the nice summer evening playing soccer in the nicely maintained yard. Great stay, would recommend.

Lovely property and home host could grow a little
The property was great and the home overall was beautiful. The host could have been a bit nicer with my concerns and how he handled the concerns. Would not stay at the home again just because of the host.

Wonderful apartment close to cottonwood canyons.
This is a very spacious, beautifully appointed apartment in a convenient location for skiing and exploring the wasatch mountains. Stayed there in April with two kids and loved it. Would have been comfy even with a bigger family.

Perfect for a family gathering
Great space for family where we could all be together but still have separate activities. Two tables and a bar allowed for eating, games/puzzles, and conversation spots and a kitchen where we could cook together. Nicely designed interior details, lots of natural light, fireplace, yard for kids. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, lovely bathrooms. Exceptionally clean. Great location.
