They were under construction and many of the amenities were not available. The pool and hot tub were not available. There weren’t vending machines or snacks available to purchase. There was construction actively going on in the hallway of our room when we arrived.

The hotels name has been updated to Spark by Hilton. I mention that because it was slightly confusing when we pulled up. The workers are very helpful and polite. Property looks brand new and the shower had great pressure.

The property is being refurbished and preparing to operate under a different name. Understandably this is a time of transition. The person at the desk was unable to provide us with a room because he couldn’t get the system to work. He eventually advised us to book through Expedia which we did and then after his system finally recognized the booking it wouldn’t allow him to check us in. It was about 12:30AM. We had been driving all night. For a hotel to not be able to check in a guest seems like the most fundamental failure. I eventually sent my partner to go get lodging at the next door property when finally they were able to get us in. I do not blame the person at the counter. They are at the mercy of the system as well…but it was a massive failure and I will steer clear of this property going forward

The rooms themselves were very nice clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely kind and helpful but the hotel itself wasn’t great. I guess you get what you pay for. The cards to get into your room never worked I had to get new ones like twice a day which wasn’t the end of the word but kinda inconvenient when you’re just tired and want to lay down, it helps to work on your patience haha. The gym and pool also didn’t work which was inconvenient as well but I mean it’s okay. I loved the breakfast, the restaurant, and the beds. Also when I booked it said there would be microwave inside the room and room service but didn’t end up happening. Still the comfort of the beds and the overall staff and free shuttle made up for it. I would recommend it if you’re patient and don’t want a super fancy hotel and want to save some cash.

The property was convenient for getting me to the airport. One problem I had was the bathroom sink backed up and left the residue while I was gone to dinner. I’m not sure that management knew about the issue.

Under renovation…was not informed about it and would not have stayed…dirty dusty and noisy… keys kept not working so had to get new ones many times..no one ever at front desk…room incomplete…no hangers or drawers or outlets by the bed..sink was backed up even though I was told it was freshly remodeled. One of the worst stays I have ever had.

Noisy. Smoke alarm in the adjoining room went off for ninety minutes before being shut off. The walls were paper thin. The facility is under remodeling construction, which was not advertised. The staff was real great.

Overnight stay is SLC
Stayed here overnight while transiting from Salt Lake City. You know quiet business park type area with easy parking. Only a few minutes drive from the airport and it has a shuttle service which you can book for. There is a small bakery / restaurant next door which serves good food. Air conditioner was a little bit noisy but the room was cool and the bed was comfortable albeit slighly on the soft side. Standard USA hotel breakfast fare available in the mornings which was adequate to get you started for the day. The pool and spa were both functional and were open until 11:00 p.m. which was good.
