Very spacious 2400 sq ft condo, located at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon (7430 Wasatch Blvd, 84121) in the Canyon Racquet Club. 4 bedroom 3 bath

1 Queen w/ private bathroom = 2nd bedroom

Only 15 min to Snowbird or Alta and only 20 min to Solitude or Brighton. A 35 min drive will get you to main street in Park City as well as Deer Valley resort and The Canyons. Great location. Lots of room for families, co-workers, or friends. Great separation of sleeping and hang out spaces. 2-car Garage parking. Private Hot Tub (for winter use only)

Good location. Close to shuttle bus stop for Big Cottonwood resorts. Quick drive to Alta/Snowbird. Food and ski/snowboard shop walking distance from place. Enjoyable stay. Townhome is spacious. Owners respond to any questions quickly.

Overall perfect place for what we were looking for. Just as advertised, plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen, hot tub worked great and fantastic location for skiing all around SLC. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and the condo was stocked with extra everything...toilet paper, towels, silverware, etc. The washer and 2 stall garage were especially nice as well as walking distance to a great coffee shop and restaurant. Plan to come back as the location could not be beat.

Haven for a wedding weekend
This was a wonderful place for the whole family to enjoy during a wedding weekend. The location is very convenient, there was plenty of space for all of us, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The decor is a bit worn but for our purposes it was a great place to stay and we especially appreciated how easy and nice it was to communicate with the owners. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place!

You can walk to dining, coffee, ski rental and shuttle bus station that takes you to Brighton and Solitude. The place is more spacious than it appears in photos. Everything is user friendly. Loved it. Would definitely go back again

Ski conditions were ideal. Condo was conveniently located on the canyon road. Travel time to Snowbird and Alta was 20 to 30 minutes depending on road conditions. Condo worked well for our crew.

Ski trip in December
We stayed at the house in December and visited Alta/Snowbird daily. The location of the house is great, both in terms of driving to the slopes and proximity to stores. We were two families of 4 and felt very comfortable in the house (not crowded at all). We had a minor issue with coffee maker ( not fault of owners) and when we contacted them, action was taken right away- we had a new one in the evening . The property manager is also very responsive! Would definitely recommend!
