Spacious, comfortable and bright house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Separate living areas and kitchens upstairs and down, so there's room for large groups. Gigabit fiber internet with a work nook with a desk and monitor. Macy's grocery store is very close by. Easy freeway access, 20 minutes to Park City and the Cottonwood Canyons and ski resorts. Close to downtown, the U and the Sugarhouse shopping district. Great for a winter skiing adventure or work or family trips to Salt Lake!

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was very spacious and the location was excellent for getting to Park City in about 30 min, as well as the other ski resorts. We loved that. The only downside were the beds. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, so my husband and I slept very well. However, 3 of my 4 kids all felt the mattresses were too hard and preferred sleeping on the sofa. Overall though, it’s a nice house.

Beautiful Sugarhouse
The house is incredible, clean, modern, all amenities you need was there with my 2 daughters. We enjoyed our stay very much. Walking distance to the Sugarhouse Park and great location to be anywhere in SLC. Went skiing, hiking and close to shopping. We loved it and will come again.

Great location. Very close to the mountains. More than enough room for our party of 7. Very responsive and helpful hosts.
