Remodeled 3 bedroom rambler in the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. 8 miles to Snowbird and Alta Ski Resorts, 20 minutes to Brighton and Solitude Ski Resorts.

The house has a full kitchen, family room, living room with a wood burning fireplace, dining room, master bedroom with a private bathroom, two guest bedrooms that share a main bath with a jetted tub. (There is now an additional Master Suite that can be rented for $30/day+$40 cleaning fee) To add this room contact owner after booking.

Close to grocery stores and restaurants.
25 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City.
Bus service to ski resorts within walking distance.

A one-minute drive puts you at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon on your way to Snowbird and Alta ski resorts. A few miles farther will take you to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon home to Solitude and Brighton ski resort. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and more! The resorts of Park City are only 30 minutes away via I-215 and I-80.

The house is in an ideal location for you to enjoy everything the canyons have to offer.

Great Stay
I've recently rented this house for a skiing trip with my family. It's very clean and feels homey. It has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The garage is a nice bonus and the location is great, just about 20-25 min to Snowbird/Alta.

We loved the location of property. Very close to ski resorts and evening activities. Property was very clean and comfortable. Downstairs there is a pool table which was a great way to spend the evening. Overall a very good value for the price.

Great location and place to relax
We had a great time skiing (until the canyon was closed due to avalanche control) and the location was perfect for getting to all the ski areas. Close to a great park for hiking as well. Space was great for our group with plenty of area to enjoy each other's company, but still space for privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of great meals.

Fabulous home and host conveniently located to recreation and amenities!
Cheri and her home are Absolutely Fantastic! The location is VERY convenient to the mountains and to groceries and restaurants, the home is wonderfully renovated, and above all, Cheri was a Most Gracious and responsive Host!! This was by far the best VRBO experience we have had, really because Cheri is such a great host.

Wonderful Home
Beautiful home that was just as described. Lots of room to gather together to watch TV, play games, cook, eat, or just hang out. The beds were dreamy and the bathrooms were nice size. Tucked right up against the mountains, we felt like we were truly away from the city, yet had everything we needed just minutes away.

Beautiful Sandy Utah House
This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful house. The house is super clean and very comfortable. The host is extremely nice and very responsive. We had a group of 6 so I would recommend adding the newly renovated down stairs master suite, it is amazing. I would 100% recommend this house, short drive to the multiple ski resorts and close to all major shopping.

Nice home in a good neighborhood
I have to say this home has the most comfortable beds and pillows I've ever slept on. Usually, when I come home from a trip, I am thrilled to be in my own bed. But, I missed these beds my first night at home. lol. The home and clean and comfortable. Some of the decor is a little dated and the TV in the living room could use an upgrade. However, the kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay.
