Cottonwood Canyon Just minutes away from Ski resorts Alta/Snowbird/ Brighton/Solitude Resorts . Located in the Willow Creek Country Club Golf area. The minute you step in the door you will feel the comforts of home in this 5 bedroom three bath home . Includes , smart TV’s in bedrooms, fireplace , laundry room , jetted tub , wifi , gourmet kitchen with spacious living room and a outdoor hot tub . Great for a family or group of mountain enthusiasts. Across from creek and on a private lane . Close to many great trails for hiking , snowshoeing, cross country skiing, fat tire mtn biking, and many great restaurants in the area. Close to many mountain lakes for boating , wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and fishing . Many beautiful hikes to pristine mountain lakes within minutes of the property. We offer wakeboarding and surfing lessons in the summer and snow skiing lessons in the winter. We also offer a personal mountain biking or hiking guide to show you the many trails in the area upon request . We have a 2 night minimum stay.

Great Ski Trip
This was the perfect place for two families on a ski vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, beds are comfortable and the location is convenient to the skiing. We had a great time.

Was a great trip, house is centrally located to Snowbird, Alta and Brighton. The house was clean, well organized, and communication with the property manager was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful retreat.

Great for families on ski trip
We had a great time on our ski trip with our family and family friends. The house had a great location to the both canyons, ample space for us, an extremely well appointed kitchen as far as plates and utensils and equipment. The yard was nice for the kids to play in and enjoy. It was great and we would stay again.

Nice home close to ski areas
The home is nicely furnished and large. Our group was 5 guys and we each got our own bedrooms with King or Queen beds in each. It is very conveniently located to Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. Our host, Sharee, checked us in and was fantastic in every respect. We especially loved the locally made, sinfully delicious cookies. All in all, a great VRBO rental.

Gorgeous House and Lovely Host
Our group of 8 loved our stay here! The house is gorgeously decorated and stocked with everything you could need. The host Cheri went out of her way to make us feel welcome, from sharing discount codes to lifts and rentals, to driving a member who arrived early to the city, and even baked us a delicious pie! Great place to stay for family ski trip to SLC
This house was in a perfect location for our family of seven ski trip to SLC. It was convenient to all the IKON ski resorts near SLC (Brighton/Solitude/Alta/Snowbird/Deer Valley). The house had all the amenities to cook our meals after a full day of skiing. The house felt like a home away from home. Cheri was very helpful

Nice property located in a golf course community close to the canyons. Good communication with owner while on site. Property is well stocked for cooking meals at home. Beds were comfortable and great for a relaxing stay. Home was spacious and had a warm ambiance. Would recommend to guests and would consider on a future trip.

SLC Getaway
We were met but Cheri with delicious cookies waiting. Location was perfect for heading up the mountain to ride and into city for dining or shopping. Perfect amount of space for our group of 4 couples. Unfortunately, it was not disclosed that Cheri would be staying in the basement of the home. We were made aware when we arrived. It was not noted in description of home. Would have appreciated a heads up prior to arrival.

VERY disappointed
I do not understand how this property has the rating it does. The house has so much upkeep that's needed and it's not very clean. There's ceiling fans that don/t work, missing smoke detectors, broken windows, broken furniture, broken blinds, light bulbs out, the air vents are filthy, the tubs are stained and horrible looking, wood rot on the 2 back decks, shredded mats/carpets and many items in disrepair. Be aware that the "bedroom" on the main floor is actually a converted office. There is no closet in this room. For some reason, there is still Christmas decor out (we were there in August) and random things like CrockPots on the floor in the formal dining room. The listing should be clear that the owner lives in the basement. She's very sweet, but it's weird having people walk through the backyard going to/from her living space. She needed to clean out the fridge and empty the dishwasher after we arrived because apparently she uses the space for herself when it's not being rented. She had a lot of advance notice as to our arrival time. The decor in the house is cute, it just needs a VERY deep cleaning. She provides beautiful cookies to her guests which is very nice. It took 2 weeks and MANY follow ups with her to get my security deposit back. There is a next door neighbor that looks into this backyard that there is a bad relationship with. Apparently, he calls the city on her guests a lot. His dog barked NON STOP while he was with the owner for hours on Saturday morning.
