Location, location, location! Cozy, 3 bedroom, 1 bath basement apartment with private, key-less entrance. Parking available on site for free. Quiet neighborhood with close access to all major ski resorts like Park City, Solitude, Brighton, Alta, plus downtown Salt Lake, and airport via freeway. Freeway on ramp is literally 2 mins away! Close to many local shopping spots and restaurants. Sleeps 6-7 guests (twin bed available for 7th guest upon request) and includes all of the amenities you'll need for your stay. Within walking distance of the bus stop for ski resorts. Washer and dryer available upon request.

Very nice skiing trip apartment
Excellent communication with a host. The apartment was very spacious for our family of 4. The kitchen is stocked nicely with anything you need if you are cooking and not eating out. A lot of DVDs and a super nice selection of available apps on the TV for you to watch in the evening after a full day of skiing. Nice collection of board games, extra towels, blankets, toiletries, and everything you may need on a week or 2 week-long trip. Extra heaters, sheets... The apartment is very nicely lit so you do not really feel like it is a basement. It was a pleasure to stay in. It was close enough to Cottonwood Canyons and Whole Foods and a few other stores that you may need are around really close. You will still need a car but driving was not terrible. I will stay again if we ever go back in SLC on a skiing trip.

Comfy Stay in SLC
We enjoyed our stay in Salt Lake City! Brad's basement apartment suited our family of 5 well! The property was very clean, as advertised, with comfy beds, plenty of linens and towels, and a nice kitchen and living room area. The location is a quiet residential street with very quick access to groceries and the highways.

Convenient, comfortable and great value
We spent two weeks at Laws' house in order to ski with our children. The location is so convenient to all the ski hills. The accommodations are so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. There was plenty of bedding and bathroom supplies. We appreciated access to the washer and dryer. Our hosts were easy to communicate with. We hope to come back!

Great location with tons of extras
This was a perfect location for our family of four ski vacation. Close to many of Utah's ski resorts, grocery stores, and restaurants. The basement apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Comfortable bedding with three full beds, extra roll away bed, and a pack n play. All your basic kitchen supplies and cooking utensils with some items to get your stay started. Owers responded promptly to questions and clearly communicate information. This was our first Vrbo experience and certainly would stay here again when visiting Salt Lake City.

Great Location - Comfortable
The apartment was well equipped. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was big and there were DVDs, board games and internet TV, and even Netflix to watch. There was a washer and dryer available which we used nightly because we went skiing almost every day in February. The location can’t be beat. It’s near shopping, restaurants and ski canyons. We stayed several weeks and were able to do some work on non ski days. The owner was great to communicate with. He was Very quick responses when I had a question or needed something. We highly recommend this place for skiing in winter, hiking in the summer or visiting the area.

Mother Daughter retreat
My daughters and I needed a convenient place that was within a day's drive from our home for a quick retreat. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed. I only gave a "4" because the fireplace was not available. However, the owner was very accommodating and turned up the heat at our request. They were very prompt in responding to our messages. We were just a few short minutes from the stores and other shopping. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a convenient place to stay.

Perfect Space
This property is in a great location. Even being in the basement we couldn't hear the tenants above us. It is clean, just as described and seen in the pictures. My sister and I stayed there as we ran a half marathon in Cottonwood. It was great to have amazing comfortable beds to sleep in. Plenty of towels and necessities. Close enough to downtown to do all the fun things there but beautiful and easy to get out and away from the city for other things. Communication with the owner was great and finding it and access was easy. Price is fantanstic for the space you get. Beats a hotel any day.

We had a great stay. Communication was excellent. Space is updated and has everything you need. The only problem would be for those who need total quiet since there is a tenant upstairs. We would definitely stay again.

Great Place
Owner was kind, helpful and accommodating. The property was as described and everything our family needed. It was a great place to crash after a long day, and also a perfect space for staying in and resting (with many games and TV options). It was close to restaurants and stores, with easy access to the canyons and interstate. My family enjoyed a park down the road with picnic tables, a splash pad, and climbing features that appealed to all ages. The office space also unexpectedly came in handy. We would definitely stay here again.
