This hotel would've easily got 5 stars from me.... but they put me in room 232. So instead of a view of downtown, i got a face full of air conditioners at eye level. I just kept the curtains closed the whole time. Also the thermostat wasn't functioning. I could turn the AC on and the fan on and it wouldn't do anything. Even though there were 10 or so outside my window. It was 78 degrees at least the whole time. And the exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like a dying animal. I'm confident any of the other rooms would be perfect. If they say you're in room 232, ask for another room.

Couldn't have chosen a more perfect hotel. Is the property outdated yes, but what made up for it was the SUPER DUPER STAFF !! Accomodating me and my family after a 15 hour straight drive with grace was the icing on the cake for me !!

The hotel is really clean but there is just technical problem in the room wifi problem the technician was friendly. Some check in staff are not friendly.I dont like thier breakfast selection. I like the cleanliness in the hotel.

There were a few issues, the comforter had blood stains, one of the bathrooms was missing a hair dryer, and we were put in a building that was separate from the main hotel. Not a huge deal but with children it was difficult to get to the pool and breakfast. Speaking of the pool, it was nice but the water was a little cloudy and could’ve been cleaned. The pool is completely covered by shade by 4pm. Aside from all that, our rooms were spacious, kitchens were clean and supplied with basic items. Breakfast was great and if something ran out it was immediately replaced. Location was great as far as proximity to everything. There’s a park nearby that appears to be beautiful but we were deterred from going due to the large homeless population there. Overall a good experience, just a few snags here and there.

We were very happy with our stay. Our 1 bedroom suite was not ready when we checked in so we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite for no additional cost. It was clean, quiet, and spacious! The front staff was extremely friendly, especially Gerri! She was incredibly kind to all and had a fantastic sense of humor!
