Utah getaway
Planned a trip for country fan fest and found this place that had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us. It was a very nice place to stay. Very quiet and comfortable. Really enjoyed this home and will definitely be saving the information and stay here again. It was cheaper than renting 2 motel rooms and everyone was together under 1 roof.

The cleanest VRBO I have ever seen!
We had family coming to town for a wedding and so I booked this property for them. The location is centrally located in the valley and close to shopping and dining options. It is in a nice, secure, gated community and the host provided lots of little extra comforts.

This property was just as announced in the heading CLEAN AS A WHISTLE. Everything about this property was outstanding, from the comfortable beds to the well stocked kitchen. You will not go wrong if you rent this condo. We will most definitely be staying here again next time we're in the area!

Miriam is such a wonderful host ! We got to the condo late at night and everything was immaculate and spotless, smelled good, had all the things we needed, including blenders , kitchen utensils, just like home !!!We will definitely be back !!!

Comfortable quiet condo. Great for remote work, internet was reliable and fast. Good walking neighborhood. Smiths grocery store & Starbucks are a short walk away. Miriam was very responsive & helpful. We would stay there again!

Excellent property. Everything was clean. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms were so nice. The property was central to everything we needed. The unit was very quiet and the condo area very lovely.

This place was perfect for my stay. The house is always immaculate and is located near a numch of stores and restaurants. Check in and comminocatiom flawless and our host always checks on us. This is my second time staying there and I hope she will always have me. Its located close to my college student and this os the second time this year ive stayed.

Amazing Condo Rental 12/10
We absolutely loved our stay. Miriam was very easy to work with, always available for communication when needed. Our condo was immaculately clean, accommodating and filled with anything we could possibly need. Our toddler loved the little games and it was very safe and clean for her as well. Cannot recommend this enough, if this is still available for our next SLC trip we will absolutely be booking again. Easy to come and go, quiet and safe neighborhood. We were able to bring our medium sized truck and use the parking space but a bigger truck would have problems, cars are best!

Miriam is the best host and her condo is amazing.
I felt immediately relaxed and welcome upon checking into this lovely space. There were all the right amenities and extra touches and the amazingly comfortable bed that helped make my few days stay just as relaxing and perfect as could be. Miriam was great with communication and really knows what to do in order to help guests feel at home. I definitely hope to be able to stay here again while visiting the Utah area and highly recommend it.

Close to Metrodora Institute!
We came to West Valley City for my daughter to have medical testing done. There are not a lot of VRBO's in the area, we were grateful to find this one only 6 minutes from the clinic! It was clean, homey and warm and we felt safe as well. When we travel back for more testing and meetings we are hoping to stay here again! No complaints!

The Best!!
Location was great and property was perfect for what we needed. I brought my partner our 12 year old daughter and assistant coach for a softball tournament in South Jordan. There were so many extra touches and plenty of space for all of us. My kid loved the playground right out front and we even enjoyed a drive in movie right around the corner. Will definitely try and stay again next year!

The condo was not far from the places we needed to be. I was able to make two trips to the airport quite easily. It is near a grocery store, a gas station, and several restaurants. It was nicely equipped, clean, and comfortable. Our group was originally five, then it decreased to three, so we had lots of room. Thanks to the host for providing an easy place to meet and good directions to find it.

Great property in west valley Salt Lake City suburb
This was a very clean and beautifully appointed condominium with all the supplies you might need. 1 master bedroom with king bed and adjacent bathroom (tub/ shower) and two more bedrooms with queen beds and a hall bathroom (tub/ shower). It is a bottom unit condominium in a quiet complex. Great wi fi. TVs in every room. No complaints- would definitely stay here again!

Clean, child friendly apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Salt Lake City! We especially loved how child friendly the apartment was. With a young toddler in tow, it was refreshing to see a rental with plug covers and a high chair. Not only was the apartment child friendly, but it was impeccably clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed to whip up a quick meal if we wanted to stay in. Location was great! There were a couple of nice grocery stores in walking distance and lots of restaurants nearby. It was very easy to get to the heart of Salt Lake City from the apartment. All-in-all, we had a great stay!

Great location, clean and comfortable!
The location was super convenient to the airport, downtown SLC, shopping and ski resorts were within 30-45 minutes. Quiet neighborhood! The condo was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The host left little touches, like water in the fridge, chocolates, coffee, toothbrushes, bath products, etc. She was super easy to reach when we had a question. Very responsive! A real plus was that the unit is on the ground floor, so hauling our ski equipment and luggage from the car was really easy. Thanks for a great stay! We would highly recommend this unit! If a guest had kids, the playground was right next to the unit, which would be very handy!

Clean, cute & comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Very clean and very comfortable. So much better than staying at a hotel. House is very cutely decorated and stocked for all your wants and needs. The extras left out like snacks, water bottles and extra toothbrushes is very thoughtful and kind. To me, my vacation rental has to smell and be CLEAN and this place IS and its very well taken care of. Only compliant is no ceiling fan(s) or fans in the bedrooms. We are use to sleeping with a fan on, so to us it was very stuffy without. The a/c worked great and did keep the house cool even with a heat wave going on outside. Would definitely book and stay again while visiting my college aged daughter.

Spotless 3 Bedroom Condo
Miriam was great to work with. She answered very quickly any time I messaged her. The condo was extremely clean, comfortable beds, lots of towels, silverware, dishes, and glasses. Also....bottom floor condo in a great location. We washed a couple loads of towels as we needed them and all the laundry supplies were there. Miriam had suprises like coke/water in the frigerator and popcorn/fruit snacks on the cupboard. (and more) We lacked for nothing. If I could rate higher than a 5....I would!!

Clean, quiet and less than 15 minutes from downtown
If I could give this property 10 stars for cleanliness, I would! Miriam was extremely responsive to my inquiries and responded to me within a few minutes. The check in process was seamless. The property was the perfect size for 3 adults. 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own tv, was perfect after enjoying the NBA All-Star weekend events. The condo is in a quiet area and, with traffic, it took us less than 15 minutes to get to/from Vivant Arena. Though we did not have kids, I'd say this property is family friendly. There are outlet covers, board games, a piano, an extra bed, and there's a small playground outside the kitchen window. I have nothing negative to say about this rental. If I'm ever in Salt Lake City again, I will definitely stay here!
